This story is similar to others reported to the Revdex.com regarding Sach SolutionsThis company - via a fake third party company that they use -- contacted my elderly father-in-law, tricked him into believing his computer had vulnerabilities, and then sold him a $three year "plan" to prevent vulnerabilitiesThey then further hacked into his computer, and pressured him to buy thousands of dollars worth of more supposed preventative measures, none of which he neededThe supposed service they provided is useless, and when they were contacted for a refund for their worthless product, they refusedHe and his family now fear that the company has stolen info from his computer and engage in identity theft

They performed the service very well and walked me through the whole process so I could understand The people were very polite and knowledgable

Apparently the problem with my computer has been satisfactorily resolved The resolution took a number of hours Everyone I worked with was uniformly polite & helpful
