Great service but it tied up my computer and myself for hours

They said they were a sub-contractor with Dell
If you google "dell customer service" this company comes upWhen you call their phone number (XXX-XXX-XXXX), they actually state that they are a sub-contractor with Dell CompanyAfter requesting help with some "screen pop-ups" the Sales Rep (***), said they could fix the problemWhen I asked to put the bill on my Dell account, he said that it would have to be a separate transactionThe fee was $- and would be renewed after a year automaticallyAfter they verified that I had paid, they proceeded to "take over my computer." This lasted approximately hours before *** called back stating that the problem was solvedUpon checking the computer a while later I noticed that the problem was still there...but the BIGGER issue and the one that alerted me, was the fact that I could no longer access any of my financial institutions that were on my computerI tired several different ways to connect to my banks and credit cards and

Sach Solutions tells you that without their product your computer will not work

On 7/15/2016, I got another alert on my computer, with my computer freezingIt was the same issue as in JuneI paid, in June, $for protection against a trojanThe tech wanted another $to resolve the trojan(Koobface) His name was David, Ext#I refused to pay moreHe said he would fix it for monthI told him I had already paid for the protection for yearsAnd still wanted more money

This has helped me tremendously My new computer was infected badly and it is clear now to use I could not have done this and also my printer and all programs are set up perfectly
