Have filed a complaint with no resolutionAnother incident month later, with same issue and they wanted more moneyRefused to pay On 7/15/2016, I got another alert on my computer, with my computer freezingIt was the same issue as in JuneI paid, in June, $for protection against a trojanThe tech wanted another $to resolve the trojan(Koobface) His name was David, Ext#I refused to pay moreHe said he would fix it for monthI told him I had already paid for the protection for yearsAnd still wanted more money
