I was having a problem with my brand new MAC computer I called this company that I found online that is listed under Mac help The person answering my call got into my computer system and told me there was some IP address from Texas trying to get into my network and that I should buy a software to debug my system, add protection, etc So, I bought what they suggested for $ They "debugged" my brand new computer and then spent the next hours trying to fix the problem I called about They asked my username and passwords I ended up taking my computer to an Apple store a couple of days later The employee there told me this company was most likely a scam and that I did not need my computer debugged or any software as such I called this company back, and at first they could not find any record of me or my payment, or that any of their technicians had helped me They told me the number I had for "Sach Solutions" was a scam number The next day, one of their technicians h

Computer security problem was detected and resolved in a professional manner, in addition necessary upgrades were installed and appropriate cleof files was done

I was ready to throw my hp printer out the window *** online support was unable to help me the first time and I almost gave up hope Then, today, as a last ditch resort, I tried again Long story short: I was introduced to the best support team on earth My technician, Enrique, stuck by me and fixed my problem beautifully although this took him many hours I watched from my home office as he made a gargantuan effort to leave no technical stone unturned This was very difficult and yet Enrique never lost his cool and was always polite and he was a great communicator throughout I would recommend him for a big raise $$$$$ Thank you so much for taking me under your wing

I called Sach Solutions for problems I was having with my printer, and they discovered that there many more issues wrong with my computer Clement helped me and fixed and corrected all my issues in a friendly and very helpful manner

So far so good I just had of my computers' issues resolved (I hope) I was disappointed with my previous supplier and needed competent technicians to take care of all my issues They seem to be quite competent, polite and assuring that I won't have any of the old problems any more
