Hello!  Upon receipt of this Revdex.com complaint, we quickly responded to the customer.  We have created a service authorization ticket for him through which he can obtain warranty service/repair/replacement in accordance with the RIDGID Full Lifetime Warranty.

Hello.  Upon receipt of this complaint, we quickly reached out to the customer to learn more about the situation.  Unfortunately, there is no record of registration for this product, meaning that it is not covered by the Lifetime Service Agreement (which required registration within 90...

days of purchase).  The product is also outside of the warranty that comes with initial purchase.  Because of this, we're unable to help the customer at this time.  And, do to safety regulations and risk to the consumer and product, we're unable to supply a part (a motor) to the customer despite his request and offer to install it himself.  There is nothing else we can do at this moment.
