Hello.  Unfortunately there seems to be something out of place.  We only have a voicemail message from [redacted] on February 2, 2017  That same day, we returned his call and sent him an email. We called him again today and left our 7th voicemail. We do not have an alternate number for the customer.  In his voicemail, he only left the number that is listed on his account and in his complaint.

Hello!  Upon receipt of this complaint we quickly reached out to the customer.  We've resolved the issue to the customer's satisfaction.

The company can simply resolve the matter by covering LSA warranty. I bought the impact/drill combo from [redacted] Canada and their website does NOT state that you have to register within 90 days to be eligible for LSA warranty.

I did finally get the email confirming the LSA for my tile saw last night... so I'm satisfied at this point, and am fine with closing the issue.Thanks for seeing this through! It's really helpful to have an advocate for consumers like the Revdex.com!Regards,[redacted]

satisfactory to me.  The business is sending a replacement part which was my desired outcome.  Very good customer service.  I would definitely buy more of their products due to this response.
