I did receive a voicemail with return contact information, but I have yet to speak with that person. This is how this whole process has been! What kind of company says they've talked to a customer when really they've only left a message with contact information! Unbelievable!!

They have sent me a new impact drivernew batteries and a new speed chargerRidged told me it is a one time deal, and will not continue anything else once this is resolved So I guess I will be satisfied with the results of this complaintThanks Nate

Hello We've tried contacting this customer by phone times this week, but the calls go to voicemail and to a mailbox that's full We've also emailed the customer but have also never heard back from the customer When we do, the customer should be pleased with our resolution as we
were able to locate the mailing he references in his complaint letter We responded to his request, and even though it appears there's no way to reach him, we consider this complaint closed

Hello We worked quickly to respond to the complaint However, we have tried to reach this customer by phone three times with no answer and no response to voicemails left We have also sent two emails to the address below with no responseAt this point, the only other means we
have to reach this customer is by physical mail, but his address provided to the Revdex.com is incomplete (his postal code is missing a digit) If we can communicate with the customer, I'm certain we can resolve the issue fully

We have attempted more
than a dozen times to contact this customer, even following his specific instructions. The latest was a voicemail on 11/and an e-mail on 10/giving him my day to day schedule so that he could call at his convenienceI have yet to get response by e-mail or phone from this customerNot sure what other avenues to take from this point

Hello.  I think there's been a mis-understanding.  We did not offer a courtesy registration in our last communication, and will not until we can receive some type of proof of purchase.  I simply used that as an example of a few actions we could consider taking if/when proof of purchase was submitted by the customer. Hello.  As stated in previous correspondence, without a receipt, we're unable to validate a purchase (and purchase date) - and ultimately either consider a courtesy LSA registration or honor the standard 3-year warranty provided on our power tools.  We did, however, spend some time looking at the serial numbers of his tools.  For the tools in this five piece combo kit, they show manufactured in 2012, so the warranty by this date would have expired in 2015.
