I am rejecting this response because: I never said I had problems with my rear differential. I said it was on my maintenance list to get all three (front, transfer case and rear) They did the transfer case and rear. They couldn't find the front so they did not do that one. The next day I heard noise and went to the [redacted] dealership. They took it for a test drive and heard the noise from the rear. They opened the rear differential to find no fluid. The $4040 estimate was for a new rear differential which was completely damaged. I had the car in the same dealership in April 2015 and they found nothing wrong with my rear differential at that time. They suggested changing the fluid as normal maintenance. I did this at the Platinum Car Wash and Auto Spa when I got my oil changed. The owners statements are a boldface lie and I will be seeing him in court.

Mr. [redacted] came into our store on Monday June 29th asking for a rear differential which raises a flag right off the bat to us. He explained to my manager at the time that he was having a problem with his rear differential, we drained his rear differential added rear gear oil and also informed him he...

was low on Oil and that to was dirty, he asked us to do that also in which we did. The following Tuesday morning he came back into our store around 10 in the morning with a estimate for $ 4040.00 dollars. I personally called Mr. [redacted] on our store phone that morning at his ###-###-#### number which will show up on our phone records. I explained to him that we have 48 video cameras and would look at the film and get back to him, called Mr. [redacted] within an hour of my last conversation with him and explained to him that we have the whole thing on surveillance and you can clearly see the oil being drained out of his rear differential and oil going back in. I also offered Mr. [redacted] an opportunity to come back to our facility and look at tapes for himself. Thank you, [redacted] cell ###-###-####

Called the customer and left a VM. Will ensure account is closed and credited to a zero balance.

I attached the concern and last invoice of [redacted]. The billing is correct and there is a credit for October and November. There is a charge for the cart removal fee that she may not be aware of. The customer will be issued a 2 month credit for missed services and we will send a truck to collect refuse and recycling.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There was no mention of a charge to pick up the containers when I canceled the service.  If that would have been stated, I would have returned the containers. So I am in agreement that the charge be dropped.  That leaves a remaining balance of $60.27.  I was told I was current until the end of the month.  So basically the charge for removing the containers was removed but the charge for garbage pick up after I canceled was not removed.

Customer container was delivered 8/23/17. Customer delivery fee will be credited. Could not find any work orders for container delivery in the area mentioned that had not been delivered. Left a message for the customer.

Send in the VIP's that were issued and once we have received them we will refund the $208 you are requesting.

I had an encounter with a very rude truck driver. I live a dead end street and parking is limited. I was with a client at my home and a sleeping wife who is working 3rd shift. All of a sudden, I hear a loud knocking on my door. "Is that your car?" It wasn't but I had a feeling it belonged to my client. He told me it had to move "Its gonna get towed!... I'm not going to wait all day either!" I personally don't appreciate people barking orders at me or threatening me. I told the gentleman that he didn't have to get an attitude with me. Asking people kindly with a "please" and "thank you" goes a long way. It ultimately happened to be my client's car. If these are the kind of people that this company hires, It speaks volumes about how the company is managed. The truck's ID said #2449 Erie, MI. Regardless of whether or not my client was parked where he shouldn't have been, we are all human, we all make mistakes, and we need to treat each other with respect, compassion, and understanding. Because the City of Toledo has a contract with Republic, I cannot get another company to collect my waste. Believe me, if I had it my way, that would have been terms for me to change companies. Very Very Very disappointed!

I am rejecting this response because:The dollar amount listed in the original complaint was correct. The four of us paid $110 each for the original fishing trip that was later cancelled. The boat did have two engines during the trip out to sea and had only one engine comingback per the crew. A crew member stated "not again."  Per your response, you are stating that the VIP vouchers are good for "$150.00 that is good for one year and longer if need be." The VIP voucher does not have a listed dollar value and ismarked on the front for only 8 hours, and it also states good until 5/24/2016 which is only one year.  Per your website a http://dolphindocks.com/summer-trips/, your 8 hour summer trip is valued at $115, and the 12 hour summer trip is $145,neither of which are $150. As stated in the original complaint we are from out of town and would not be able to endure the additional cost to travel down there. The voucher does not compensate for the additional cost in time, gas, food, and additional fishing licenses that it would require to go back and redeem the VIP vouchers.  I am requesting to be credited back the difference between the trip that we paid for which was cancelled $110 each, and the 4 hour trip that we did complete $58 each, which equals $52 each x 4 for a total of $208. The manager I spoke to on 5/25/2015 stated the vouchers are valued at $150 and can be sold on ebay. I would not be able to sell vouchers that do not have a listed dollar value, are incorrect marked 8 hours, and hand written on the back by your employee "good for 12 hr trip", and also state "nontransferable- I.D. required please." Your company also listed the name of only one member of our party on all 4 vouchers, instead of each of our names individually. I spoke to the other manager Crystal who took down my address and informed me that your company would send me 4 new VIP vouchers that are correctly marked for $12 hours and statedtransferable with no name listed. I have not received the new vouchers. I do not wish to waste any more time and money, and I am kindly submitting a fair request to be refunded the difference between the trip that we paid for which was cancelled and the 4 hour trip that we did complete which equals a total of $208. Per your website it states "Our goal is to do our very best to please our customers." I hope that we can resolve this matter.

Good afternoon [redacted],   Can you please confirm the method of payment for the refund? There were 4 people and we paid with a combination of cash and cards. To make it easy if dolphin dock will confirm that they will send a check for $208 payble to [redacted] to [redacted] (my address). I will distribute the funds amongst the four of us. Once we have clarification I will mail the 3 voucher.

Please see attached copy of boarding pass.."Any trip that has been terminated after it has begun will be rainchecked."  All passengers were given the opting for either take a 6 hour trip the next morning at 8 am or could receive a VIP that would be good for up to 2 years.

Mrs. [redacted] was not scheduled on an 11 hour trip.  She was on an 8 hour trip on 5/24/15 @ $110.00.  We did not send a boat out with prior knowledge of engine troubles.  It would not be in our best interest to send a boat out that you know is going to have issues.  It would cost...

more money to fix than then you would make from the trip.  She also didn't mention the fact that once they got out there that it was 10 foot seas.  The crew did make the call to come back in due to weather (They didn't lose an engine, they didn't have to replace a blower but the boat can run on one engine.).  On the way back in the crew told them that the customers would have a VIP waiting for them when they got back.  Our boarding passes state "Any trip that has been terminated after it has begun will be rainchecked" (VIP).  Not only did we give them a VIP we gave them a VIP valued @ $150.00 that is good for one year and longer if need be.
