It was very nice of Republic to issue us a years credit, and I do appreciate it However, we are part time residents and were never notified there was a mandatory trash ordinance in Clark CountyI can see an ordinance like this being mandatory for full time residents but not part timers like myself who do not need the service and have to pay for something we will never use.The way Republic should have handled this situation would be to first notify the customers who did not have service of the mandatory service with a letter Then going forward start billing them To back bill a customer $for services never rendered is unlawful I will not be happy with this unfair situation until the whole amount is refunded This Clark County ordinance needs to be revised for part time residents who don't need trash serviceRepublic is a monopoly in Las Vegas Sad situation

Mr***, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience I have entered a request to have the cart removed by end of business day Tuesday April 14th I've asked the division to do whatever they can to remove it today if possible Please make sure the cart is visible and/or at the curb to ensure the driver sees it and is able to remove it Unfortunately the smaller, knee high gallon bins are not available The smallest cart we have available is gallons, which is the same height as the gallon cart only a small amount narrower Based on your feedback it doesn't seem like this would be a viable option for you

The initial sales rep has been terminated from the company Over the course of several follow up calls to the customer we offered a substantial adjustment in costs and also communicated that there is a current agreement in place The original agreement is still in place for services and this was explained initially upon the cancellation request Not sure if there was a miscommunication on this point, but the original agreement was provided to customer for their review [redacted] stated she will review the new pricing with the owner and return my call with his decision I called twice to get an answer on this and apparently a decision still has not been made I am awaiting response on whether they would like to move forward with the new costs, finish out the remainder of the service agreement or sever the contract and provide payment for early termination We will continue to communicate with customer to reach a resolution on this issue Thank you[redacted]

My General Manager has spoken with this customer, the old owner of the house was on service interrupt and my driver failed to follow his route sheet correctly thus causing a service failure for this customerThe supervisor has identified the problem and is going to keep a very close eye on this account, also the customer will be credited for the period of no serviceThank you,

Republic Services, Inc is the worst experience with Waste Management EVER! You are given a certain price to reel you in and then the price goes up from that point on, you are basically forced to commit to a month agreement to which any way you will pay more than what was originally statedI am shocked this company is still in business!!!

This company continually issues large price increases (15-25%) without reason When contacted, they issue explanations such as annual increases or fuel costs (while fuel costs have decreased considerably during the past couple of years) Then once you cancel service, they want to charge you a prorated rate when they haven't provided any service I would find another service
