After ordering, and waiting for production of our windows, today was our installation day*** and *** were a little early, but heck, wouldn't we all rather have early instead of late? I would! *** and *** were fast, efficient, friendly, knew exactly what to do...and were done with their part of the process within two hours!!! Out with the drab and weak windows and in with the brand new beautiful strong windows !! When we get enough money saved up, the rest of the house is getting done, if we have anything to say about it! Hopefully *** and *** will be our installers then too

In late December of 2017, I requested a quote from Renewal by Andersen for a replacement of an old sliding patio door and window A Mr** *** immediately came to my home and discussed the product and options available to me He was knowledgeable, experienced and very helpful
I now have just had the door and window install completed and could not be more pleased with the results The product is outstanding and beyond words as to quality The install was performed by *** ** and *** ** They arrived on time and immediately evaluated the work that needed to be done and proceeded with efficiency and courtesy These two men worked well together and both demonstrated a high degree of precision, accuracy and a pride of workmanship When they completed their tasks, they very efficiently cleaned up all of the trash and removed all litter from my home They were professional, experienced, and made certain that I was informed throughout the process I also was given detailed instruction on how to use and care for the door and windows The experience and the installation was beyond my expectations and I really LOVE my new window and door! They will not be replaced anytime in the near future as I will enjoy them for many years to come Only wish I could have installed more in my home!
