MISLED INTO SIGNING AN APPLICATION FOR LINE OF CREDIT TOLD WE HAD DAYS TO CANCEL OUR ORDER AND THE PROCESS WOULD STOP EVERYTHING
ON 3/20/WE SET UP AN APPTFOR A DESIGN CONSULTANT, *** *** TO MEET WITH US ABOUT PURCHASING WINDOWS AFTER BEING SHOWN THE COST, WE TOLD HIM WE WANTED A FEW DAYS TO THINK ABOUT IT AND WAS PRESENTED WITH A "DAY NOTICE OF CANCELLATION" THAT WOULD HALT EVERYTHING IF WE DECIDED NOT TO ORDER PRIOR TO THIS, IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE THE "LOWEST PRICE", WE WAS TOLD WE HAD TO FILL OUT A CREDIT APPLICATION WE DID SO, KNOWING THAT IF WE CHANGED OUR MINDS, NOTHING WOULD BE DONE WITH IT AND OUR ORDER WOULD BE CANCELLEDON 3/21/17, I CALLED THEM AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH *** AND ASKED SHE CALL ME BACK, WHICH SHE DIDN'T THE CANCELLATION FORM WAS FAXED IN WITH A MEMO FOR THEM TO EMAIL ME THAT THE CANCELLATION FORM WAS RECEIVED.THEY DID NOT EMAIL ME I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD THAT OUR ORDER HAD INDEED BEEN CANCELLEDDAYS AFTER THIS, I RE
I recently had three windows replaced in my homeWaiting for the stucco to dry then the painting will be doneFrom *** *** Design Consultant, *** *** Site Check Technician to *** and *** the installers I would highly recommend Renewal by AndersonNot only was I impressed with the demo and the product but all of them arrived promptly on timeThey were courteous, professional and answered all questions I had*** and *** work very well together and they are a great team*** explained how the windows were being in stalled and cleaned up so well that I did not know they had been hereSo pleased with the solid look of the windows, they put the rest of my windows to shameIn two of the windows I paid a little extra and got "true screen", love, love, love themI did have to place a service call because one of the blinds was not hanging rightThey had someone out right away and he took care of thatI asked him a question about the screen and looking at it he said it was slightly bowed and the screen was out at the bottomHe said it probably happened in shippingWithout hesitation he said he was noting and would have a replacement orderedI did not notice a problem with the screen but he didWould and will highly recommend Renewal by Anderson to my friendsWill replace other windows with them in the future

I love my Renewal by Andersen windows!!! The two guys who installed them were respectful, nice and were gentlemen! They saw my mom and I struggling to carry a washer and offered to carry it and did! They also made sure they cleaned and vacuumed everywhere they were at! On top of that, they even moved furniture that needed to be moved because we didn't get to it in time! They were awesome and definitely deserve a raise for surpassing my expectations!

I'm thrilled that my final window was installed yesterday, Aug 8, *** and *** were great, very professional and helpful They even showed us how to make a repair to another problem! They cleaned everything up completely, having put plastic over everything first, and replaced whatever needed it Very personable nice guys that I highly recommend!

I recently purchased a sliding glass door by Renewal by Anderson and had it installed by two courteous young gentlemen; *** and *** I was concerned that something was going to come up that would require some further repair to be done but all that was set to rest*** and *** did a good job in protecting my furniture from dust and the end result was better than I expected I would recommend this company and the two installers to my family and friends
