Firstly, I would like to say Renewal by Andersen offers a line of very excellent doors and windowsWe purchased sliding door units both of which we are very satisfiedThe installation went smoothly and the crew, *** and *** were fantastic, professional, and customer orientedWe were on a time-line of which I made Andersen aware of on more than occasionThat being said, they met the deadline with days to spareThe only major concerns we have are the communication between Andersen and us and a certain disconnect between the sales staff and the ordering and installation processAlthough we were given the name of a contact person at Andersen, it seemed as though that person was generally always having to check with other people in the office as to the status of our orderEventually the manager got involved, and as previously stated, Andersen met the deadlineWith respect to the sales staff, I wish their guy would have communicated with us other than to just sell us the productWe added a custom feature to our doors, but the sales guy didn't mention it would add weeks to the ordering processRenewal by Andersen is a great product and although the ordering process was somewhat stressful for us, we certainly don't regret our decisionIn hindsight, perhaps we should have asked more questions before signing on the dotted line
I was completely satisfied with the installation of our sliding doorBrian and Zach were totally professional, making sure our furniture stayed clean, protecting everything in the area with plasticThey totally cleaned up after themselves
From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic! *** and *** worked on removing and replacing my front and back doorsThey took great care to keep any mess outside and cleaned up inside when the we're done*** worked on fixing and plastering the walls inside and a few days later *** finished up on the outside stucco walls, including matching the colorThe doors look fabulous and function perfectly! I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen!
Tonight we have a new patio door The installation went very smoothly - *** & *** called to say they were on their way, arrived on time, and finished the job in a timely manner It was a pleasure to have them in our home They worked quietly, cleaned up the debris when the job was done, and completed necessary paperwork at the end of the day I would recommend these two guys without reservation We are very happy with the new door
*** and *** of Renewal by Anderson of Tucson completed a complete window replacement of our home in Safford, Arizona Our house is over years old and had metal casement windows The replacement posed some serious challenged for Robby and Trent, but they did an excellent job of getting the old windows out and the new Anderson windows in The windows are beautiful, and the installation excellent
I have been negligent in completing my review once our windows were completed *** & *** came and painted the stucco that had been repaired and they were kind enough to go get the correct paint they needed They matched it perfectly and once the paint dried it really looks great! As was experienced with the other workers that came an installed the windows, they were exceptional They were professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves We are extremely satisfied with Renewal by Andersen of Tucson and their employees

The windows are all CUSTOM so there is a bit of a waiting period while they are re-measured and manufactured/shipped to your locationWe waited about weeks or so (the time passes quicker that you would think)Mr*** arranged the installation visit to a schedule that would work for us
Our installation crew was: ***, *** and *** They installed large windows, or so double hung, very large windows and two medium to small half circle portal windows The largest window was in a precarious position between the front entry way and the poolNeedless to say it was a big/dangerous job that could have easily taken other folks over a week***, *** and *** were able to knock out the installation in about daysThese gentlemen were courteous, kind, professional, and did not leave a trace of dirt, dust or debris behind They answered every question and alleviated every fear or concern we may have hadThey repaired any damage that was caused by the installation and demonstrated the windows after they were done I recommend this crew as well and will request them by name when we have our interior and exterior doors replaced this summer
Renewal by Anderson gets my highest recommendation and I would ask for Mr*** and crew if you value excellent communication and no-nonsense professionalism We so valued the experience that we had with Anderson and crew that my wife AND I are writing a review regarding our experience and sharing with all of our friends and family

Our stucco work was completed on Oct29, by *** *** , who also did a great job in an efficient, experienced manner followed by the same type cleanupIt all blends in so well one would not know there had been a widow replacement
Once the stucco cures, etc., the painting will be completed and we feel sure in the same manner as described above and as was in the past
