We just had our windows replaced by RBA and wanted to share our experience The product quality is outstanding and the warranty is second to none.The process from quote to install has been greatalthough the quote process took a bit longer than we expected But that's what it takes to get it done right [redacted] and [redacted] installed our windows and doors and worked a close knit team They were efficient, worked very hard to please us and kept the workplace cleanWe are pleased with the result

[redacted] and [redacted] showed up on time with a great attitude and were both ready to get to work We had everything ready for them and they installed three windows and a sliding glass door for us I enjoyed watching them both do their work and they were not bothered by me hanging around them They did GREAT work and were constantly cleaning up as they went Although the job was a bit on the high side as far as price, I think we got our money's worth From the sales job presented by ***, the continuing calls informing us about the progress on the delivery of the windows from Jimmica and the great job of removing the old and installing the new by [redacted] and [redacted] this could not have been a better experience! I cancelled contract one day after signing contract I called and spoke with [redacted] (sp) who said company would cancel my order On January 27, 2016, my wife and I agreed to buy some windows from Renewal by Andersen representative [redacted] (his cell number he provided us) It was a high-pressure sales pitch, and we caved However, on January 28, 2016, I called to cancel the order, as it is clearly outlined I have the right to do on the agreement form my wife and I signed on the 27th We have three days in which to cancel I called the office number provided on the sales agreement at [redacted] and was transferred to a manager's phone The manager, a [redacted] (spelling not necessarily exact; this is what it sounded like the man said his name was on the phone) called back and said he was calling on behalf of the general manager, [redacted] (sp?) Eventually, after three call attempts, I spoke with Mr [redacted] on January 28, 2016, and told him I wanted
I was very impressed by the professionalism of the window installers of [redacted] and [redacted] They were very accommodating and friendlyThe window & door are great
I recently had three windows replaced in my homeWaiting for the stucco to dry then the painting will be doneFrom [redacted] Design Consultant, [redacted] Site Check Technician to [redacted] and [redacted] the installers I would highly recommend Renewal by AndersonNot only was I impressed with the demo and the product but all of them arrived promptly on timeThey were courteous, professional and answered all questions I had [redacted] and [redacted] work very well together and they are a great team [redacted] explained how the windows were being in stalled and cleaned up so well that I did not know they had been hereSo pleased with the solid look of the windows, they put the rest of my windows to shameIn two of the windows I paid a little extra and got "true screen", love, love, love themI did have to place a service call because one of the blinds was not hanging rightThey had someone out right away and he took care of thatI asked him a question about the screen and looking at it he said it was slightly bowed and the screen was out at the bottomHe said it probably happened in shippingWithout hesitation he said he was noting and would have a replacement orderedI did not notice a problem with the screen but he didWould and will highly recommend Renewal by Anderson to my friendsWill replace other windows with them in the future
The showerhead in our new masterbath broke a month ago and has not been replacedDreamatyle has the broken part on order, but does not respond to us We have called and gone to store in person, but they are very unresponsive.We have not been provided any ordering, tracking, delivery or installation informationour entire bath remodel took months, and now the shower is out of commission for yet another monthThis has been a painful experience overall
We had three large Renewal by Anderson windows installed on Oct16, The installation team of [redacted] and [redacted] did a superb and most satisfying job They were very efficient, friendly, experienced and took great care in protecting the areas near the installation, including furniture, plus performing the following cleanup after installation, etcWe highly recommend this team and give them five stars all around Our stucco work was completed on Oct29, by [redacted] , who also did a great job in an efficient, experienced manner followed by the same type cleanupIt all blends in so well one would not know there had been a widow replacement Once the stucco cures, etc., the painting will be completed and we feel sure in the same manner as described above and as was in the past We are very pleased with the new high quality windows and recommend anyone giving consideration to windows replacement be sure and look at Renewal by Anderson
Had windows installed 3/by [redacted] and [redacted] They were professional and thorough and I especially like their attention to keeping the gate closed in order to keep my dogs off the street Since installation, I have noticed huge decrease in street noise I know that as it gets hotter I will appreciate them even more My only complaint is that the price was more than I wanted to spend
Quality windows are only as good as the team who install them ***, [redacted] and [redacted] did a great job They are hard workers with real attention to detail, very pleasant to have in our home and always cleaned up each day Install (windows!) was done in 100° weather but they kept the inside of the house cool by minimizing the amount of time the windows were out Used plastic everywhere to keep everything else clean Thanks for a great job!
