Had windows installed 3/by *** and *** They were professional and thorough and I especially like their attention to keeping the gate closed in order to keep my dogs off the street Since installation, I have noticed huge decrease in street noise I know that as it gets hotter I will appreciate them even more My only complaint is that the price was more than I wanted to spend
This past Monday I had windows replaced I took the day off and promptly at 0800, *** *** and *** showed up I was anxious to see the new Renewal by Andersen windows on the rental property I asked a few questions which were answered professionally and assuringly
I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, great customer service, job knowledge and neatness They did not leave a mess, they were very clean They even cleaned the new windows and made sure the windows fit perfectlyThey showed me how to take care of the windows
The windows they removed were the original, leaky (you could stand outside by the window and feel air coming out of the house through the panes, even though the panes were resealed every year) casement windows which were installed when the house was built in
