Brandon Bowen and *** *** comprised the crew that installed two small windows and a slider They were pleasant, cleaned up well after their work The work was acceptable However, one of the finish strips was not acceptable and had to be removed Brandon came back the next day and replaced the strip While Brandon and *** did acceptable work I have not been happy with the interior finish done on the other installations I have had to have people back three times on one installation and once on another The painting has been sloppy In one case they didn't repair the tile grout and I had to do that myself I'm happy with the product but I would hesitate to recommend them because of the poor installation work

I ordered $45,worth of replacement windows and patio doors on May 20,from Renewal by Anderson Home Resort Living of Arizona is the contract company which sells and installs Renewal by Anderson Windows Installation was completed October 20, At the time there were several issues with defective glass, scratched and damaged frames and missing screens In good faith I paid this company believing these issues would be taken care of in a timely manner It is now months since installation and I have still not received one of the missing window screens

I wrote a actual letter addressed to owner of Albuquerque Dreamstyle Remodeling, *** *** and he chose the most in opportune time to callA Sunday evening during dinner hourMerely stating he received my letter and hope everything is being handledAm leaving for couple of days but if you need anything call me in a few days How unprofessional is thatNot even any remorse shown in his message nor 'I care" So I called and left a message with an assistant end of that week and NO return call from anyoneSo I called following (last week) and she said oh yes I forwarded your message but Mr*** is in a meetingI asked I be called to discussed some monetary restitution for damages that took months to get repaired and on my 5th shower head by KohlerWithout my being proactive to care of any of this situation never would of been handled by their people NO one returns calls, nor follow ups Trust me customer service is no doubt not high on their list Mr*** thinks because his company name is printed on The Pit windows it's all goodNOT!! I had a Kohler shower package installed and was pricey but is costed me so much fustrations, headaches time away from work I DO NOT recommend this company

We couldn't be happier we our new windows, let alone the quality of workmanship and professionalism of the installers Robby and TrentIn hours I had new windows installed and you wouldn't have known anyone had been in my house let alone installersThey covered my wood table and countertops with tarps and hung plastic around the area they had to work in, which was above and beyond what was neededThey were meticulous in the application with the foam insulation and caulkingThe outside area was policed as they worked and again you would never know they were there except for the beautifully installed windows they left behind
