Had the windows installed April Have had leaking from the windows and around the windows ever sinceWith the monsoons of we again are having issues and they are slow to respond if it all and make promises that they don't keepToday they were supposed to come out in tear down some drywall to make sure that it's not leaking from above the windows and they never showed up when I called the office they said the guy called in sick and that somebody else was on their way which that was not true and nobody ever showed up Talked with the operations manager and he was supposed to check into what's going on and promised to call me back this afternoon and he never called back
All I want is for them to come fix the windows and take care of what they promised and guaranteedWe have determined that it's not the roof or the air conditioning or the walls are structural tuhe problem is the installation of the windows was a lousy job and they need to fix it

about replacing the builder grade single pane windows for some timeHopefully to save money on A/C or HeatIt was a knock on the door from someone who set the appointment with Anderson Windows with meThe Sales rep that came out was very professional and answered all my questionsWe were surprised at the price at first as they are High quality windows(Like they say you get want you pay for) They are awesomeWe used to hear traffic from the street, not any moreThey made the house so quite, it was the first thing we noticedThe Installers were very professional, fast and did a fantastic jobThey used drop clothes and protected the inside of the house from dust and cleaned up the outside even vacuumed up everythingWe could not be happier.The windows look greatA great window company and excellent service*** and *** were just fantasticThey did a quick and efficient job with the installationThey were very careful to lay out tarps to catch any debris and left no mess behindThey explained things they were going to do as they went alongThey even made sure to put my dogs at ease throughout the day during the whole processAnd the windows are excellent! Neighbors came over the same day as the installation to tell me how beautiful they wereI'm so happy I did thisGreat job!
I had Renewal by Anderson replace five windowsFrom the first visit by *** where he explained our window selection process to the installation by Robby and Trent yesterday, we were very happy with the quality of work and the installationI thought that they were most professional and we will use them again as we consider replacing windows din the future
This is our 2nd batch of windows from Renewal By AndersenWe were so pleased with the first that it was obvious we would be doing more every so often until the whole house was done with Renewal By Andersen windows and doors*** and *** came out and did an amazing job installing a couple more windows and a patio doorThe process was very well explained and executed and they did an incredible job installing and making it look like they were never in my homeFrom the salesman to the installation and the stucco, everyone was very clean and excellent in demeanor and attitudeHighly recommend the crew and the Andersen windows, super insulating properties and well made easy operation
