Reid & Pederson Drainage

We've used Reid & Pederson when they were just Pederson! They alway done a great job at what I consider a fair price. They call before they come and arrive on time. They cover all surfaces with newspaper in case some sewage spills out and clean up before they leave. What more can you ask? Well, they do have a senior discount!

Jose called before arrival, put on boot covers, taped newspaper all over the floor and anywherelse that might get dirty from rodding out the kitchen sink. Cleaned everything up, re-installed the trap, and made sure the sink was draining properly when done. You can't ask for anything better.

They sent a reminder for annual rodding. Scheduling was easy and convenient. They called before arriving. An email was sent with the employee's picture for safety. Work was done efficiently.

I was very impressed and very happy with the service I received today. I called this morning and was able to get an appointment for this afternoon. My technician Jose was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a slightly complicated blockage which required using a camera to locate the ninety-degree "T" to get to the line from a bathroom addition, all the lines being underground in a house sitting on a slab. Jose tackled the job like a true expert, taking his time to get it right and explaining what he was doing. Considering the amount of time spent, the charges were very reasonable. Reid and Pederson has done work for me before because I have an old house with the sewer connection running through a lot of trees. I would never consider using anyone else. :-)

We are an older private school in the South Suburbs and with ageing pipes come problems. I have used Reid & Pederson for many years now and for good reason (I use them personally as well). Their response time is very good; quality of work is excellent and their work is truly guaranteed without any hassles along with fair pricing. What makes them such a great company to work with are their employees, their friendly, very professional, and they have the necessary skills and experience to get the job done right. On our larger and more expensive projects that I’ve used them on they’ve communicated great throughout the entire job so we knew exactly what was going on all the way to the end. The most important thing is they don’t come in and try to sell you something that is not necessary or something you don’t need.
Just a side note; Keep in mind that there are other companies out there that may be a little cheaper on their quotes but in many, many cases turn out to be far more expensive due to poor quality of work, BS guarantees or just simply over selling the scope of work after they start the job.

Ryan K was the technician who rodded my the sewer in my basement today. He removed many tree roots. He was very courteous, cleaned up and was done within the hour. I highly recommend using Reid & Pederson for cleaning your sewers.
