This a class A+++ business. We have used them for our annual sewer rodding for a number of years. Recently the kitchen drains became clogged and a look into the elbows proved that they were clean. I didn't know Reid and Pederson did sinks, however when asking around a friend told us that we needed to call Reid and Pederson. I was happy to do that, as we have used them and I knew the service was excellent. It was ! Our service man was knowledgable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this business.

Kevin and Rico were very professional at the job they were/are doing at my home. They took their time to figure out what the problem was at my home and come spring they will replace the pipes outside of my home. Kevin W was very professional and courteous. He smiled and seemed happy to accommodate me and my family. It was the Monday after Christmas and we still had guest in the house and could not afford to have a plumbing problem at this time. Him and his partner took care of the problem in no time and we had the use of our toliets and showers again.

We were fortunate to have Ryan (who had previously done some very difficult plumbing work for us) assigned to our current issue. He is friendly, very efficient and takes care to be neat.
