I called someone else from the yellow pages and they kept saying they would be here and they finally showed up around 7pm saying someone else was coming later to do the job, but no one came. An entire day was wasted. I've used Reid and Pederson for years and after my last experience with the no show, I am sticking with the reliable and professional Reid and Pederson.

Great customer service! My call was answered quickly and a technician was sent out within a couple of hours. Ryan was polite and considerate of my property. This company offers an annual servicing at a discount price. Because I skipped the annual maintenance, it ended up costing me about $40 more a few months later. I will definitely take advantage of their discount in 12 months!

We needed to have the ducts embedded in our cement foundation repaired due to deterioration. Reid & Pederson came out to review the situation, and showed us what was causing problems using a video camera through the ducts and into the vents. The agreed upon work consisted of spray lining the ducts using their specialized process. As a result the ducts are now operating much more efficiently, and 100% cleaner than previous to the work. The work was done in a professional and courteous manner. All questions were satisfactorily answered throughout the process, with accessible explanations. Set up and clean up from the work was totally competent and well managed.

I went down to my basement to find two-thirds of it covered by an inch of water. It turns out our sump pump stopped working and so we called Reid and Pederson. We've used them before for clogged drains and other problems and always found their service to be top-notch. Ryan K. arrived before our appointment time and went to work. Within 90 minutes, he had replaced both of our faulty sump pumps and the water was drained from the basement. He was very efficient and courteous and kept us informed on our options. Whenever we have a drainage problem, Reid and Pederson are called first. They are the best in the business here in the south suburbs.

Came and unclogged drain in Park Forest home. Very professional, fairly priced, and clean. Cleaned up well, used paper to protect walls and cleaned floors when he was finished. Did not use any profanity which can be a problem with some contractors. I would recommend him to others.
