Service was on time and excellent. Overpriced but almost worth it.

After having routine maintenance work performed. Reid and Pederson found a problem with a broken sewer line.They had it repaired in 2 days, and we back to normal with only a minor inconvenience.

Fantastic service! Friendly and professional team. Appointment was scheduled at my convenience, and they were prompt in arriving. All problems were solved in a timely manner, and they even made time to fix another item I inquired about while they were there. I am very pleased with this company's service!

I had gotten water in my basement and my sub pump had gone out. I called them and they had a service man out quickly to deal with the issue. He explained about a new valve he installed. The service man was efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I also received a very fair price for the service.

Excellent. Came earlier than the appointment time. Received a call to ask permission for early arrival. Received a photo via email of the technician who was on his way. Completed the sump pump removal and reinstall within an hour. Explained any checking of the mechanism I might need to do in the future to rule out pump versus switch issues. Cleaned up after his work. Received a 10% senior discount. Accepted credit cards.

Great service. We called on a Sunday night after 9pm. We received a return call within 20 minutes with the option to correct the sump pump that evening. Since it was not an emergency we decided to wait until Monday afternoon. He arrived on time and was in and out in about 1 hour. Very polite, even took the time to explain things to my husband on speaker phone since he had some additional questions.

I needed my drain lines rodded out and I was promised an appointment for just a few hours after I called. I was sent an email reminder and given a profile of the crew leader before the visit. The crew showed up an hour early. They were very nice about checking out the symptoms and did thorough tests before deciding the course of action. They did a great job of explaining what they were doing and cleaned up the area great when they were done. This is the second time I have used Reid and Pederson Drainage in ten years, and would definitely recommend them to friends.
