Service pro Daniel very professional, knowledgeable and personablePurpose of the visit was to rod the sewer line, but while here asked him about water from sink rising in the tub Immediately he checked it outPriced out the cost of the job, got an ok and proceeded with the job in the bathroom after asking me which job he should do firstThen went out to complete the roddingFinished both jobs in a a little over an hour

Great service and professionalism

I had Reid and Pederson come to my home today to perform sewer and drain rodding I want to say how happy I was with the results and the professionalism of Jose and his coworker (sorry, did not get his name) They both came in with a professional and friendly demeanor, explained everything to me and got to work immediately They took their time and ensured that my drains were unclogged and even gave me useful information going forward I was so frustrated just yesterday when I allowed *** *** to do the same job, charged me times the amount of money I paid today and still did not unclog my drains In fact it was worse! I want to say that Reid and Pederson now have a life long customer due to their fair business practice and awesome employees I cannot thank Jose enough for his great work ethic and consideration I plan to have them do more work going forward Just an awesome, awesome experience

Jose came out this morning to rod out the sewer line from my backyard cleanout portsHe went from the backyard into the house to clean out a blocked toilet in the lower level and went from the other port to make sure the line to the main sewer was cleanHe also cleaned out the bathtub drain line of hair and soap scaleGreat jobFast and efficient workHe came out early this morning after I spoke to John Reid last evening
