My experience with Reid & Pederson Drainage was superbThey responded to my phone call immediately and in less than an hour, their technician was at our houseThis was extremely impressive, given that this happened on a Sunday, when we discovered that none of our plumbing was workingMason was exceptional in the way he examined all of our plumbing and concluded that the pipe lines were blocked and needed to be roddedHe spent a great deal of time and rodded both our house drainage pipes and 75' out to the city lineHe then checked to be sure everything was working properlyI would give them my highest recommendation and will definitely use them should another problem arise

The drains backed up on the Fourth of July Called R&P in the late afternoon and they called me back within the promised 1/hour and set up an appointment for the next morning By 10:am, the drains were flowing and all was well I was not home when the work was done (neighbor stepped in) so I called R&P after I was informed the work was done and asked to speak to Dan They said they would give him the message Dan called within two minutes of my hanging up He answered my questions clearly and was very helpful Communication is the key and R&P is very good at keeping the lines open
