I just hosted New Years Day with my family when I went to the basement and noticed that the laundry tub was filled with water! I called Reid & Pederson the following morning and was told they could have someone there by 11:00am or sooner What a RELIEF! And to my surprise- the same Service Pro- (Jose) who had been to the house before was here to fix the problem! He was professional, and had access to the previous service calls What a GREAT start to the NEW YEAR!

We started to notice backup in the tub and kitchen sink when the washer was in the drain cycle. As well as hearing gurgling when flushing the toilet, so I called Betty said they had an opening before noon the same day so we made the appointment. This a class A+++ businessWe have used them for our annual sewer rodding for a number of yearsRecently the kitchen drains became clogged and a look into the elbows proved that they were cleanI didn't know Reid and Pederson did sinks, however when asking around a friend told us that we needed to call Reid and PedersonI was happy to do that, as we have used them and I knew the service was excellentIt was ! My call was answered quickly and a technician was sent out within a couple of hours Ryan was polite and considerate of my property This company offers an annual servicing at a discount price Because I skipped the annual maintenance, it ended up costing me about $more a few months later I will definitely take advantage of their discount in months!

Jose A has been to our house several times and today he was accompanied by Keaton They were a were a good team, and very professionally installed kitchen drains We always start with Reid and Pedersen Drainage for our plumbing needsThey are honest, knowledgable and reasonable

Ryan [redacted] did a wonderful job and left everything as neat or neater than he found it. Looked very professional and acted in the same manner. I have been with this company since 2001 according to my receipts and I have never had a reason to complain about any of their employees or their work that has always been done in a timely and fair priced way.

I had my kitchen sink back up one night I called Reid & Pederson in the early morning and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment Jose arrived on time and was able to rod my sink clear of the debris causing it to back up
He was very professional, did a great job of keeping things clean, and was able to detect a pipe in my basement which is corroded and disintegrating

Even when weather was very bad he did an excellent job I could not ask for a more professional person His name was Daniel
