I did not go too the store please ask them to send a copy of my driver license and signature I called the store soon as I found out the store let my x wife open the account the store has not send information proving I have as in the store

Hello,We've followed up with the rep that the customer is working with and he hasn't received photosWe have had leadership reach out to the customer directly to hopefully provide his own photos showing the damageCustomer made a complaint regarding a puncture hole but the original damage was notated as cracking and peeling leather which wouldn't typically be coveredOnce we obtain photos from the customer we can make an assessment based on the platinum coverage.Thank you,

It was stated that my couches are out of warranty, however that is why I purchased the platinum protectionI would like to have my couches replacedGiving me money for couch that I paid almost 3,dollars and financed for is not a good enough solution for me.Do what is right by me and replace my couches with those of equal value.
