I am rejecting this response because:Your representative did in fact advise me not to pay my auto loan. I have tried to be cooperative about this but the fault lies with your company and lack of urgency. Like I originally stated in the complaint it took over a month to get notified if I was approved or not. If your company could have done this in normal timing like any other company it could have been accomplished in a day or two at most. I am so incredibly shocked at how long the process took you fits and now I am very unhappy that your company refuses to admit any guilt or wrongdoing. Your representative spoke with my fiancé regarding all my information like I said before, anything he said to him was NOT copied to me in any form of communication.

Hi Mr [redacted],I am writing in response to your Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted] that was submitted in December 2016. I wanted to respond and provide a bit more insight into the auto refinance process. You applied for an auto refinance through one of our partner channels websites...
(Lending Tree). From their website, you authorized them, and their affiliates, to access your credit report for reasons of establishing credit worthiness for an auto refinance. Once the credit is pulled, the application goes through the process of finding a lender that matches your needs. We were not able to stop the process as we were not the ones who originated your application. Please note that we are not able to force the bureaus to take any action, we are only able to provide them with the information you have given us. Your application was sent to us by Lending Tree, therefore we are unable to request any inquiries be removed. Please let me know if you have any additional questions and I would be happy to help.Thank you,[redacted]PR & Content Marketing Manager

I am rejecting this response because: I don't believe I authorized either company to place hard inquiries on my credit file. What proof are you able to provide that I personally did so?

Hi [redacted], This letter is being written in response to the Revdex.com complaint that was presented to our company on 2/25 (Case #[redacted]). I want to first apologize for the miscommunication between team members and the delay in the delivery of your referral check. I have spoken with you on...
Facebook a few times and reached back out to you to confirm that you received the check. As stated in my Facebook message, I am working with all of our teams to ensure we are providing accurate information to all of our clients going forward. When I spoke to you originally on February 11th, I stated that I was able to confirm that you and your father were on the referral list and that your checks would be sent out the following Monday. At that time, I did not realize that Monday was a holiday (President's Day) and that the check delivery would be pushed back a few days due to that holiday. I followed up with you yesterday to see if you had received the check as a courtesy, only to learn that you had not. I immediately reached out to our Accounting department and learned that the checks were delayed and sent out on Friday the 19th. I responded to you first thing this morning letting you know that the check should make it to you by early next week at the latest. Also, to apologize for the back and forth that you have had to endure. Again, we will ensure that everyone is giving out the same information in the future and we will work to get these checks out as soon as possible. I thank you again for bringing this to our attention and I hope that we have addressed your concerns adequately. Please do not hesitate to reach out to rateGenius should you have any other questions or concerns regarding this policy.Regards,[redacted]PR & Content Marketing Manager
January 19, 2018Mr. [redacted]In response to your reply to the Revdex.com complaint #[redacted], as previously mentioned, during the application process there was a clerical error resulting in a miscalculated interest rate. The rate was not a rate available from any lender in the RateGenius lender network based on the application data. Due to the fact that RateGenius could not match a lender with your refinance needs, the loan process was cancelled. RateGenius is a web-based vehicle refinance loan broker. RateGenius is not a lender and does not fund or service loans. RateGenius appreciates the opportunity to serve you and all consumers. If you would like RateGenius to assist you in your refinance needs in the future, please do not hesitate to give us a call.If you need any further assistance on this matter, please contact me at ###-###-####.Best regards,[redacted]
Dear Mr. [redacted],This letter is being written in regards to the Revdex.com Complaint that was presented to our company on 1/11/2016 (Case #[redacted]).We have reviewed the recordings of the phone conversation between you and our customer service representative. that someone has committed a crime and submitted an application to refinance a vehicle using your personal information through our partner Lending Tree. Because you are claiming that a crime has occurred, we need you to submit a police report stating that someone submitted an application with your personal information without your consent. Once we receive the police report from you, we can send it to the credit bureau and have the inquiry removed from your credit report. We thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Please do not hesitate to reach out to rateGenius should you have any other questions or concerns regarding this issue.Best Regards,[redacted]PR & Content Marketing Manager
Hi [redacted],I am writing in response to your Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted] that was submitted in June 2016. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, but I wanted to respond and provide a bit more insight...
into the auto refinance process. You applied for an auto refinance through two of our partner channels websites. From their website, you authorized them, and their affiliates, to access your credit report for reasons of establishing credit worthiness. After your loan application was submitted, all of your information was sent to rateGenius in hopes that we would be able to find a lender that fit your needs. RateGenius Loan Services is one of the financing options offered through their service. In order to provide you with an accurate offer, it is necessary for us and our underwriting partners to review your consumer credit report. Again, through the application process, you gave authorization to pull and review your credit report. I have attached a screenshot of the disclosure that was presented to you during the application.Unfortunately, once your application gets to us, your credit has already been pulled and we are not able to remove this inquiry since it does not involve identity theft. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us should you have any additional questions, I am more than happy to help.Best regards,[redacted]

currently in process. Just as a note, since we work at the will of our lenders, we are required to follow their lending policies. In this case, I apologize that it caused concern and frustration. If this was not your understanding from that conversation, please let me know and I will look into it further for you. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to assist you. Thank you for your patience.Best regards,[redacted]PR & Content Marketing Manager
Dear Mr. [redacted], This letter is being written in regards to the Revdex.com Complaint that was presented to our company on 12/24/2015 (Case #[redacted]).We thank you for taking the time to respond to us regarding this complaint. We have reviewed the email communication between you and your loan officer. On December 21, your loan officer wrote to you to say that the lender he found to place you with would not accept electronic signatures. This would not work for your situation because you are currently out of the country until March. That lender would not accept copies of documents, so your loan officer had to look for other offers for you. Unfortunately, these offers were at a higher rate. You stated that you would only accept an offer that was at a lower rate than the initial offer. Because of this, your loan officer wanted you to contact us again in March when you would be back in the country and could return all of the documents to complete the refinance process. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused and that we were unable to assist you at this time. We hope that in the future we might be able to earn your business again. Thank you for your patience and consideration in this matter.Thank you,[redacted]PR & Content Marketing Manager
