[redacted] was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the work that was provided. He answered questions and was very personable. [redacted] was here to install a toilet and dishwasher. He found a problem with the toilet installation and provided choices for a viable solution. He was very meticulous with the installation of both the dishwasher and toilet. He was very attentive to the cleanliness in our home and showed respect for our property and surroundings.

The very best in their field. Prompt. Efficient. Reasonable. Personable. These folks get 10 stars from me, and that's an understarment! [redacted]

This company is one of the best I have ever worked with. First they did a maintenance check on my HVAC, it was old and I knew that. [redacted] and [redacted] showed me the coil and damage to it. Then [redacted] came out to discuss a new unit with me. He showed me several different options and worked with his supervisor to get me a really good deal on new unit and a water heater. [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] came out to install the HVAC; they were awesome. They were focused on the job and never took a break until late afternoon. They were kind, funny and cleaned everything up once they were completed. The office called early in the day to set up a follow up inspection. It was truly a great experience and I would recommend this company to everyone that needs HVAC work, plumbing or electrical. ","pos-9

Recently I had scheduled an AC Tune Up with this company. I knew something was wrong with my unit and didn't know exactly what it was. I was going to use another company but they were booked out for a couple of months and then I saw this company on TV. I decided to give them a call and saw they had GREAT reviews.
The day of my appointment was supposed to be between the hours of 11 AM and 2 PM. I told them that I would need a call prior to the Service Technician coming out because I was at work that day. I received a call at 9:17 AM saying the Service Technician finished a job early and would be on his way. I said GREAT and asked roughly how long it would be. The Agent told me he should be there in roughly 30 minutes. Almost an HOUR later, at 10:10, I received a call from the Service Technician saying he was about 15-20 minutes out. I was not too happy about this since I was taking time out of work!
When the Service Technician arrived, he was great! I have no complaints about the gentleman they sent out. He was very professional, polite, and was a hard worker.
The part I am upset about with this company is the fact that I went from a $49 AC Tune Up to paying them over $600+ for a CHANCE that everything might be ok but they are not able to guarantee it.
It turns out that my freon level was extremely low (which I had figured). The technician explained that the only way the levels are low would be because there is a leak somewhere. He told me it would be a $100 charge to locate the leak. I said sure. It seemed important because I don't know any better.
The man looked all over and even he was puzzled about the situation. He rant 2 different types of tests and COULD NOT LOCATE the leak (That's not very reassuring to me as a customer). The man then presented 3 different options to me. One of the options, which I ended up going with, he said he would put a sealer in and recharge the freon. He said it would be anywhere from $350ish to $500+ depending on how much freon is used (again, not very reassuring to me as a customer but it had to be done since it's 100+ degrees out and 80+ degrees inside my own home). The man completed his work and then cleaned the coils to the AC Unit as part of the "tune up".
When everything was completed, I received the final bill and was a little stunned by the total price of $667.00. The charges were broken down to me but I feel a little cheated out of all that occurred.
$49 (AC Tune Up) - Told me what was wrong and sprayed soap and water on it...
$100 (Locate Leak) - NOTHING WAS FOUND. This was basically $100 wasted dollars. All they did was use a device to scan and spray soap water on some parts.
Rest of the charges were for the freon and seal and I understand that.
I just feel as a customer who is about to spend some serious money with this business, they can work with the customer and make it a reasonable transaction. The total time taken for all of this was almost 3 hours. Beside the lost time and money at work, I really feel like I was cheated out of money all for a CHANCE because again, they can't guarantee the seal would work or the freon level will remain the same.

We didn't wait long; received excellent service

Company repaired a frozen pipe in my house less than a yr ago. Same pipe leaked again 2 wks ago. Asking co. to cover pipe and ceiling repair. On 2/20/15, Rapid Repair Experts repaired a burst pipe in my garage for the amount of $454. To repair the pipe they had to cut a hole in the garage ceiling, leaving other pipes exposed to the freezing temps. As a result, a second pipe froze and burst that night, and they came back out on 2/21/15 to repair that pipe for the amount of $425. At the time of these repairs, no warranties were offered or discussed. On January 8, 2016 the same area of the garage was leaking again. Rapid Repair came out and replaced a leaking pipe that was leaking at the bend of the same pipe that was replaced last February. Technician said it was not sufficiently connected/sealed. The cost of this bill was $275 with a $35 coupon, costing me $240 out of pocket. Technician took the pipe and told me that he would discuss with plumbing manager and would hold my check until the manager reviewed the repair and called me back on Monday, January 11, 2016. As of today, I have still not heard from this manager. I have left at least three messages for him to call me back and in my last message said that my next contact would be to Revdex.com.Desired SettlementI want the company to refund me the $240 I paid for the latest repair. I would also like reimbursement for the second frozen pipe repair of $425, because if the technician had covered the pipe in some way or made an effort to insulate the exposed pipe, the second pipe would not have frozen and burst. I also want the company to cover the cost of the repair and repainting of the hole the leak left in my garage ceiling.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] - pl managerContact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@rapidrepairexperts.comWe have responded to our customer with an offer to refund the amount of $240, which is the amount of the most recent invoice. The customer has verbally accepted the offer by phonecall made by us at approx. 10am on 2/5/2016.Consumer Response Company has had my ceiling repaired, but I still have not received my refund for the plumbing repair. The manager stated that he would refund my latest cost, but it has been over a month with no refund. I have called him to check on it, but he has not returned my calls.Final Business Response Hey [redacted], we did put in to our accounting person to cut and send you a check for the latest $240 charge. [redacted] from Rapid Repair came for my HVAC tune-up. He was on time, knew what he was doing, patient with all of my questions-the kind of person you always want when you have a machine that needs expert maintenance. His colleague [redacted] who was with him worked diligently and also was very helpful.","pos-7

Rapid Repair came very quickly to fix a plumbing issue and the technician was professional, courteous and very helpful. He explained what had to be done and was able to fix the problem. He charged about 1/3 of what another plumbing company had estimated. Outstanding service!!!","pos-8

[redacted] and [redacted] walked me thru every step they were taking as they serviced my HVAC. They showed me the inner parts and what areas they saw had issues and concerns.
