The technicians are very prompt, courteous and respectfulThey have a passion [redacted] their craft which is great, however their exuberance to point out flaws in the system generally drives up the price of what's neededThey will get it operational in short order and its great to know what else is wrong in the system to tackle at a later dateI noticed that the capacitors in the system always seem to need attention if not immediate replacementTHAT IS A VERY HIGH PRICED ITEM at over couple hundred dollars for part and labor, even on the maintenance plan!! Maybe offer a senior citizen discount? Maybe assess what's causing it if feasibleAnyway, over all a good experience, since you can always decline any of the repair offers
Today is my second experience with Rapid Repair Experts and the second positive experience I have been pleased that each time their service techs have come they make suggestions for improvements but have never used pressure sales tactics This approach combined with knowledgeable re[air will keep us as customers

My experience with them gave me hope that not all companies are abandoning customer service and Human Relations Definitely recommend them, they called back for my service right away (twice) and every single employee I talked to was truly friendly and knowledgeable but also with the will to make your day better! I worked for Disney and know what it means to give good service, and these guys do it right
Recently I had scheduled an AC Tune Up with this company I knew something was wrong with my unit and didn't know exactly what it was I was going to use another company but they were booked out for a couple of months and then I saw this company on TV I decided to give them a call and saw they had GREAT reviews The day of my appointment was supposed to be between the hours of AM and PM I told them that I would need a call prior to the Service Technician coming out because I was at work that day I received a call at 9:AM saying the Service Technician finished a job early and would be on his way I said GREAT and asked roughly how long it would be The Agent told me he should be there in roughly minutes Almost an HOUR later, at 10:10, I received a call from the Service Technician saying he was about 15-minutes out I was not too happy about this since I was taking time out of work! When the Service Technician arrived, he was great! I have no complaints about the gentleman they sent out He was very professional, polite, and was a hard worker The part I am upset about with this company is the fact that I went from a $AC Tune Up to paying them over $600+ for a CHANCE that everything might be ok but they are not able to guarantee it It turns out that my freon level was extremely low (which I had figured) The technician explained that the only way the levels are low would be because there is a leak somewhere He told me it would be a $charge to locate the leak I said sure It seemed important because I don't know any better The man looked all over and even he was puzzled about the situation He rant different types of tests and COULD NOT LOCATE the leak (That's not very reassuring to me as a customer) The man then presented different options to me One of the options, which I ended up going with, he said he would put a sealer in and recharge the freon He said it would be anywhere from $350ish to $500+ depending on how much freon is used (again, not very reassuring to me as a customer but it had to be done since it's 100+ degrees out and 80+ degrees inside my own home) The man completed his work and then cleaned the coils to the AC Unit as part of the "tune up" When everything was completed, I received the final bill and was a little stunned by the total price of $ The charges were broken down to me but I feel a little cheated out of all that occurred $(AC Tune Up) - Told me what was wrong and sprayed soap and water on it $(Locate Leak) - NOTHING WAS FOUND This was basically $ wasted dollars All they did was use a device to scan and spray soap water on some parts Rest of the charges were for the freon and seal and I understand that I just feel as a customer who is about to spend some serious money with this business, they can work with the customer and make it a reasonable transaction The total time taken for all of this was almost hours Beside the lost time and money at work, I really feel like I was cheated out of money all for a CHANCE because again, they can't guarantee the seal would work or the freon level will remain the same

*** was prompt, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable He completed a thorough inspection of our HVAC system and confirmed the issues with the heat exchanger that had been called to our attention in the spring He showed me pictures and explained how the system works, what it should look like, the risks that the problems posed, and the options to solve them He called someone to come out and discuss new system options with me while he finished the maintenance on the other systems Very professional and down to earth at the same time! Excellent customer service!

For a first time, a technician that doesn't want to rip me off I'm an electrical engineer and I watched the technician work, as I normally do (I often test them), I would call them back if I ever had any new problems The little things I can fix myself, but not the coolant or bigger jobs, I finally found a HVAC company I can trust!!! A+

I am sorry to say but this morning at 8-this morning I called *** *** *** and they promised me that they would have someone here today but could not give a time.12-noon I get a call from them that they could not get a tech here till Tuesday.I was worried at this time of day it would be hard to get anybody out.Luckily I called you and I had a tech within an hour*** was great ,polite,and got the job done, which is what customers wantThanks for GREAT SERVICEWill be calling you first in future

*** *** from Rapid Repair came for my HVAC tune-upHe was on time, knew what he was doing, patient with all of my questions-the kind of person you always want when you have a machine that needs expert maintenanceHis colleague *** who was with him worked diligently and also was very helpful
We had an exceptionally good experience with *** who came in to fix our electric socket so that our brand new dryer could workHe explained the problem to us, quoted a price that was slightly under what had been estimated by the person who scheduled the appointment over the phone, and completed the repair in a reasonable amount of timeWhen he was done he assisted us by hooking up the dryer and confirming that it was heating up as it shouldThe dryer had been purchased at Home Depot and *** was not obligated to hook it up or confirm that it warmed up as it should
Shortly after *** left, our Microwave of years blew out, so we called him back to double check the wiringHe came back at no cost to us and made absolutely sure that the problem was with the appliance and not electricalIt has been a couple of weeks since he repaired our electric socket and we have used the dryer many times without a problem

*** called ahead to let me know what time he would arrive He was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and did a great job explaining to me what was going on and how he planned to fix it He also answered all my questions about how the circuits worked and the panel was wired so I had a better understanding of the big picture It took a while to diagnose the problem, so he worked with his manager to provide a reasonable price for the job Overall great service from both skill and customer service standpoints!
