This company is very good to work with The technicians are so knowledgeable and they explain everything *** and *** walked me thru every step they were taking as they serviced my HVAC They showed me the inner parts and what areas they saw had issues and concerns They were prompt and gave me several different options I give them a very high rating and everyone I have spoken to at the company are very nice and professional

This company is one of the best I have ever worked with First they did a maintenance check on my HVAC, it was old and I knew that *** and *** showed me the coil and damage to it Then *** came out to discuss a new unit with me He showed me several different options and worked with his supervisor to get me a really good deal on new unit and a water heater ***, ***, *** and *** came out to install the HVAC; they were awesome They were focused on the job and never took a break until late afternoon They were kind, funny and cleaned everything up once they were completed The office called early in the day to set up a follow up inspection It was truly a great experience and I would recommend this company to everyone that needs HVAC work, plumbing or electrical

I had another great experience from Rapid Repair Experts They were awesome and very cost competitive when had them install my new HVAC and I replaced all my duct work ( my old unit was and duct work was just as old) I saw immediate saving on my electric bill and they filed all the paper work need to get my Rebates from Duke/Progress energy This time they were coming for my first of two annual service checks ( which were included free my first year service)*** arrived right on time and even called prior to let me know he was on his way He was very polite and friendlyHe thoroughly checked EVERYTHING from my thermostat , to outputs, he cleaned out two small birds that had somehow found their way into my unit ( its still a mystery how they got in there)He checked all duct workHe took his time and you knew it wasn't just a "brush over" Prior to leaving, he saw my koi pondI mentioned that the pump was not on as last night the rain had somehow set off the GFI switch and that it happens now and then when it rainsHe reminded me that I had an extra upgrade on my purchase plan and that it included a free check by their electrician dept I thought that was great , that he also knew about the plan I had and reminded me that Rapid Repair does it all At the time I had my HVAC repaired they also replaced the ENTIRE Plumping in the houseThey were organized, clean, and very professional; I had several quotes from other Vendors and dollar for dollar they are the best I have ever used with regards to equipment, selection, service and customer care before and after To them it's not just "A SALE"

My experience with Rapid Repair Experts has been wonderful. Their prices are reasonable and their experts are honest and go above and beyond. When a pipe is leaking it is incredibly convenient to be able to call and have somebody show up in less than a couple of hours to fix the problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

[redacted] was totally prompt, was professional, introduced himself with a business card in hand, [redacted] spent a bit of time, in extremely, humid and uncomfortable weather, and, did not waiver, until he found the problem, explained it to me in layman terms, so I understood, then came up with a solution to handle it. I would recommend Rapid Repair Experts anytime, [redacted], bodes well for his company.
