signed up for their free trial on 08/03/2015. Attached is a screenshot of the terms when signing up for the free trial.  Also, the terms and conditions are on the invoice of the initial shipment along with the next ship date.  The customer was then billed for their monthly supply on 08/21/2015, in the amount of $74.98 ($69.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling). This customer contacted ProbioSlim customer service center on 08/22/2015, to cancel the account and accepted a 60% refund of $41.99.  To date, no returns have been received by our Returns Department.   On 08/24/2015, we issued an additional refund of $32.99, bringing the total amount of refund to $74.98, as a good faith gesture to our customer.  We apologize for any inconvenience this process has caused the customer. website, when signing up for the free trial.  Also, the terms and conditions are on the invoice of the initial
shipment along with the next ship date.  The
customer was then billed for their first monthly product on 09/01/2015  in the amount of $44.98 ($39.99 plus $4.99
shipping and handling) and on 10/02/2015  in the amount of $44.98 ($39.99 plus $4.99
shipping and handling).  On 10/08/2015,
the customer contacted the ProbioSlim customer service center to cancel
their account and obtained return instructions. To date, no returns have been
received by our Returns Department.  On 10/08/2015,
we issued a refund in the disputed amount
of $44.98 as a good faith
gesture to our customer.We apologize for any
inconvenience the customer may have suffered. We trust that our actions satisfy
both the consumer and the Revdex.com and consider the issue closed. Please

for anyinconvenience this experience has caused the customer.The customer signed up for the ProbioSlim free trial program on 05/01/2015.Attached is a screenshot of the terms when signing up for the free trial.  Also, the terms and conditions are on the invoice of the initial shipment along with the next ship date.  The customer contacted the ProbioSlim customer service center on 05/15/2015, accepted an additional free trial, the price of future shipments to be reduced and postponed shipments. The customer was then shipped a monthly supply on 07/01/2015 in the amount of $39.99 and the second monthly supply on 07/31/2015 in the amount of $39.99.  To date, this customer has not contacted the ProbioSlim customer service center to cancel the account and no returns have been received at our returns department.  On 08/06/2015, we canceled the account and issued the refund for the disputed amount of $79.98, as a good faith gesture toour customer. We apologize for any inconvenience the customer may have suffered. monthly product on 10/10/2015 in the amount of $74.98 ($69.99 plus $4.99
shipping and handling). On 10/10/2015, the customer contacted the ProbioSlim customer
service center to cancel their account and accepted a 60% credit of $41.99 to
keep the shipment. To date, no returns have been received by our Returns
Department.  On 10/21/2015, we issued the remaining refund in the amount of
$32.99, for a total refund in the disputed amount of $74.98 as a good faith gesture to our customer.We apologize for any
inconvenience the customer may have suffered. We trust that our actions satisfy

customer signed up for the ProbioSlim free trial program on 05/21/2015. The customer contacted the ProbioSlim customer
service center on 05/29/2015, accepted an additional free trial, the price of
future shipments to be reduced and shipments postponed. The customer was then
shipped a monthly supply on 08/27/2015 in the amount of $44.98 ($39.99 plus
$4.99 shipping and handling). On 09/10/2015, we received a return at our
returns department and the order was cancelled. 
Since the return process was not followed, a refund was not processed. On 10/06/2015, a refund was issued in the
disputed amount of $44.98.
We apologize for any inconvenience the customer may
have suffered. We trust that our actions satisfy both the consumer and the

in the amount of $74.98 ($69.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling),  for their fourth monthly supply on 06/20/2015,
in the amount of $74.98 ($69.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling), for their fifth
monthly supply on 07/20/2015, in the amount of $74.98 ($69.99 plus $4.99
shipping and handling), for their sixth monthly supply on 08/19/2015, in the
amount of $74.98 ($69.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling), for their seventh monthly
supply on 09/18/2015, in the amount of $74.98 ($69.99 plus $4.99 shipping and
handling) and for their eighth monthly supply on 10/18/2015, in the amount of
$74.98 ($69.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling). This customer contacted
ProbioSlim customer service center on 10/23/2015, to cancel the account.  During the week of 10/23/2015, ProbioSlim
offered a discount of $39.99 on future shipments. We have applied that $30.00
discount on all previous shipments and issued a refund of $240.00, as a good faith gesture to our customer.  We apologize for any inconvenience this process has caused the customer. Attached is a screenshot of the terms when signing up for the free trial.  Also, the terms and conditions are on the invoice of the initial shipment along with the next ship date.  The customer was billed for their first monthly supply on 09/17/2016, in the amount of $80.23 ($69.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling plus $5.25 tax).  On 09/19/2016, the customer contacted ProbioSlim Customer Service Department, canceled the order and a refund of $80.23 was processed.   We apologize for any inconvenience this process has caused the customer. I apologize for any confusion about this matter.  It seems the idea was that I did not return the product, but the fact is I received 2 RMAs which stated they were for ProbioSlim, but one was for ProbioSlim and the other was for ProbioImmune, both of which I return via return receipt mail.  Then I received one refund not two.  I can provide verification that I was charged for three items, and returned three items, but only received two refunds. Let me know if additional information is required.  Thank you for my refund.
