Definitely recommend Pride Plumbing. Communication was great from the Beginning. David V did an outstanding job. Discussed all options and pricing fully, was thorough with the task and recommended optional installations to make the plumbing more efficient.

Eddie did a great job installing three new toilets and a new faucet at my house last week. He was prompt, polite, explained the pricing clearly, did a thorough job, and left no trace that he was ever there. I couldn't be happier! Thanks!

I called first thing in the morning and they came the same day. I was pleased they fixed it that same day. The only part I didn't like was the cost. They told there was a $45 fee to come out and assess the problem but that would come off the cost if I had them fix the problem. They replaced one pipe in less than 10 minutes. the cost was over $200. I expected maybe half. When asked why it was so much he said that's what the computer says. He did apply a coupon though which helped a little. I probably will not use them again. Much higher than other plumbers I have used in the past.

Nick A. was excellent--arrived on time, courteous, very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly. He then fixed it promptly.

I've dealt with Pride Plumbing a couple of times now, and I have no complaints. Each time my plumbers were David and Sam V. They are both professional and courteous, neat and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to call for any future problems.

Steve was courteous and on time for the appointment. He performed the work efficiently. When the *** came back to seal the meter, they pointed out a change they wanted made. Steve made the change immediately and with a great attitude.

Pride Plumbing has become our "go to" plumbers. As our house is aging we have had several plumbing issues. Each time we have used Pride we have had a professional and thorough experience.
This last time we had Sam V install a new sump pump. He was professional and thorough and did an excellent job.

I left a message at night and Ross called first thing in the morning. Ken was at our house right after and fixed the problem efficiently and quickly. The service and technical knowledge cannot be beat!

David V and Sam S were very professional and arrived on time for my second plumbing need. David had all of the parts needed to replace my 50 year old shower faucet. His work was fast and through. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Very very long story short........
We had a very severe sewage back up in our basement (has never happened in 15 years) that happened on a Saturday evening. We knew to call our town public works first to check the pipe from the house to the street but seeing it was saturday evening and they are closed on Sunday and that Monday was a holiday we had to wait. Meanwhile our house is smelling dangerously like sewage and things in our basement are now destroyed and floating in sewage water. Ok so we got the town here on Tuesday and they cleaned their pipe. Did not do the trick. Called our regular plumber, told us what the issue was and referred us to another plumber. They couldnt arrive until Friday.....NO WAY we are not waiting 3 more days. We called Pride. They were supposed to come same day between 2-5. Nobody here by 6 so called and had to schedule for morning at 8. He arrived Wednesday morning at 930ish. Took a look stated problem negotiated price and he went to work. Few hours later he states work is completed and all issues are resolved. YAY!!!!!! We can now do laundry and take showers. Do a load of laundry, go down to put in dryer and floor is flooded AGAIN!!! Call Pride to come back. Another technician comes back to house, locates problem and says it had nothing to do with the work that was just done on MAIN pipe. WHAT!!!! You want how much more???? We don't feel we should have been charged since you just did work and we were told issue was resolved. We did end up paying but now that we have had time to think it over we are extremely displeased and will be speaking with manager and demanding our money back. Will NEVER use Pride again.

Called Pride (first job with them) to have my garbage disposal repaired. From the customer service person on the phone, to Eddie, our plumber, everything was friendly and great. Service was clean, courteous and quick. Eddie S. introduced himself, listened to my problem with a jammed garbage disposal. Eddie then explained in detail exactly how he would do the job and what the cost would be. He also helped teach me what steps I can do in the future. The transparent pricing on an app they have prior to beginning work is a definite plus and removes any ambiguity about the cost. I wanted the job done properly and right the first time, and so am pleased with the results. Eddie was respectful of our home, had all the correct tools, and cleaned everything up after. He also checked the other connections for our kitchen sink, and made adjustments as needed.
As others have noted, yes, the price may be higher than other places, but you're paying for their professionalism, competence, and excellent job quality; all of which in my estimation was beyond reproach.

After waking up on a Saturday morning to no hot water I was preparing for an unpleasant weekend. A phone conversation with Ross made everything right again. Ken arrived with a smile and a new water heater. Thanks to you all for your prompt response, expertise and kindness. Ken greeted my dogs so kindly that they didn’t want him to leave!

I called Pride Plumbing to try to figure out the mystery plumbing that I had going on in my house. Pride was our 3rd plumber. They sent Steve out to take a look. He was extremely professional. We didn’t get much of a different answer than the other plumbers we called but we decided to schedule what needed to be done. The appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Which in itself is amazing. Steve came back first thing but decided to investigate more. What he discovered was nothing that we expected. He was done in no time and I could not be more great full. Great service, clean, professional and prompt. Keith walked me though the issues and clearly communicated my options to facilitate repair. Nice to see friendly and knowledgeable service still exists.
