We had a leaking hot water heater that needed to be replaced. I used the form on the website and someone called me back and had Sam S came to look at it that afternoon. Sam clearly explained the options to us. After considering the options we went with a tankless water heater. Sam returned the next day to install with assistance from Keith in less time than the original estimate. After the very nice clean installation Sam took the time to explain everything. Will definitely use Pride Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs.

Sam came out from Pride plumbing and spent time giving us fair estimates on a number of jobs. Did a repair before leaving. He was friendly and professional.

Very happy with Pride plumbing. Had leaky sink in our bathroom. We contacted Pride and they sent someone over right away. Josh T showed up and he was awesome. Josh figured out problem quickly. He was nice, new his business and was very professional. Got job done pretty quick and we were very pleased. Happy with cost. We thought very reasonable. Josh gave us a quote for a new hot water tank also. We will definitely be calling them for that job soon.We highly recommend.

Am in the process of moving into a new home and it was noted on our inspection that the sump pump had no backflow prevention system in place. Contacted Pride plumbing and they were able to have someone out at our convenience the following day. Josh T was very professional and was able to talk us through pros/cons of various options moving forward. He efficiently installed a battery backup and was also able to provide insight into some technical issues in one of our bathrooms. Was very happy to utilize Pride's service and will do so again in the future

Within two days of discovering a slow leak from our kitchen sink, Keith S. came this morning to investigate. He took care to minimally impact our cabinetry, checking behind the wall by means of a remote camera for further failure sites along the copper drain line. Given the age of our home, he made sure that he had found the full extent of what needed repair. He worked with precision, efficiency and thoroughness. As a result of further discussion, we decided to ask Keith to replace the garbage disposal. Having a suitable unit available in his truck made this a simple matter. We are totally pleased with Keith's service; it reinforces the high regard we already hold for Pride Plumbing. Thank you, ***!

I needed my drain cleared. Response was very quick. I've had work done by by Pride numerous times now, and have really had no complaints. Workers are quick, courteous, and professional. I don't hesitate to call Pride when I have a plumbing need.

We called late evening on a Friday of a 3 day weekend. We were told that someone would be out tomorrow (Saturday) morning. We got a call at 7:25am Saturday that someone would be out around 8am. At 7:50am Sam S. called to tell us he was on his way. Talk about next day service, and on Memorial Day Weekend!
Sam S. was very professional and courteous. He followed the current distancing protocols and was wearing his mask when he came to the door. After inspecting the drain problem he told us what he was going to do and recommended some other things we could do to help prevent this from happening in the future.
Sam S. had our drain cleared and running great in a matter of 90 minutes. He kept us advised as to his progress all throughout the work he did. Our drain is running like new. Thanks to Sam S. and Pride Plumming for great work and customer service. -

David V of Pride Plumbing did an excellent water heater installation for us today. He was neat, courteous and informative. I would highly recommend Pride Plumbing and David for any plumbing need.

I needed new shower faucet replacements. Eddie was my service person. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and gave me several different options. I would definitely recommend Eddie and Pride Plumbing.

Sam was on time for our appointment and he couldn't have been nicer. He's a real professional who got the job done, even though it was harder than expected. Next time I need a plumber, I'll call Pride Plumbing and ask for Sam.

Water was leaking from our master bathroom into our basement. I was worried about bringing someone into our home during this virus time. Steve made me feel comfortable with the careful way he entered our home. He discovered that it was our toilet that was leaking, provided a reasonable quote, and then fixed the toilet on the spot. He also gave us excellent advice on how to best dry out the area with the fans that we had at home and helped us to set it up to avoid future mold problems. I would call Pride Plumbing again and would be happy if they sent Steve.
