Pride Plumbing of Rochester

We have had Pride Plumbing to our house for three different services over the last few years. They are always professional and do excellent work. I would highly recommend!

My laundry pump died over the weekend. I noticed that Pride installs *** Pumps, exclusively and decided to call them because I have had great success using ***. They scheduled the work for Mon. Sam S. arrived within the scheduled time. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He got the job done, left the work area clean and by Mon evening, I was doing laundry. Thanks, Sam and Pride. Well done!

We have used Pride Plumbing several times and have never been disappointed. Today Steve C was over to unclog a shower drain. He was professional, neat and Thorough!

Called for an appointment for garbage disposal removal and faucet installation. We had an appointment for the very next day. We were told
a service tech would come between 1 and 4 pm. We received a call from the service tech at 12:40 pm and he arrived by 1 pm.
Steve was amazing. He explained everything in detail from the work needed to the billing to the warranty. Great work and would definitely use Pride Plumbing again. Thanks Steve for a great job and for being so friendly.

Eddie arrived during the time frame we were given. He was professional and adhered to COVID protocols. We felt he was professional. He quickly accessed the issue and fixed our leaking refrigerator ice making line. He installed a shutoff valve that we desperately needed! Thank you and we would absolutely recommend Pride Plumbing!

Nick A. arrived within an hour of my call, quickly identified the problem, and clearly explained all of my options. He was able to fix the problem in about an hour, and at half the price he initially quoted. He was friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions.

I had a wall that was showing signs of moisture leaking through. I called pride plumbing and got a friendly and helpful response. They were able to send someone out the next day to open the wall to se what was needed. They were neat, clean and to the point. After diagnosing the problem, knowing it would be an involved job, they set up their specialist for cast iron drains to come in the next day. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I was pleased with the work done. Eddie was very professional and explained to me what needed to be done. He completed the work faster than expected and explained in detail what the follow up procedures were in case a problem developed. I recomend this company.

Josh T has helped us twice this summer, first to unclog our drain and then to install a new water heater. Very knowledgeable and professional service, would highly recommend!

I am so thankful to Pride Plumbing of Rochester. We've called them twice already since moving into our new home, and Eddie came out to help us both times. The first time, Eddie gave us expert and honest advice about our issue of water leaking into the basement. It was pouring rain and the end of the day on a Friday, and Eddie was still very dedicated in making sure he could help us despite not performing a formal service for us during that visit. He gave us advice on how to fix our gutters and possible other solutions we could explore in the future.
The second time, Eddie came out because our sewers were backing up. The project took over three hours to complete, and was especially labor-intensive as there was significant sand and debris blocking our sewer pipes. Eddie worked so hard and was so kind throughout the process. We were so happy to have him come out to our home again, and we really trust his opinion and his work.
I would also like to mention how kind the customer service and administrative staff is at Pride Plumbing, because not only do we love Eddie, but we also know that anyone we talk to will be honest, helpful, and professional. Thank you to Pride Plumbing of Rochester from the bottoms of our hearts. We are lifetime customers!

So glad that I called your company, as your customer service and professionalism was outstanding. My hot water tank bit the dust, and I was told someone would arrive between 4 and 7 pm. Half an hour later, Josh T called to say he would be arriving at 12:30. Josh explained the options to me in a knowledgeable fashion and proceeded to put in a new heater for me in 3 hours. I can't say enough about the service and professionalism I received with Pride Plumbing. Sam was courteous, informative and so pleasant to deal with throughout the entire appointment. They really do deliver on same day service and make sure that you, the customer, get what you want. Sam gave us options for our needs rather than just one way to solve the problem. It is not about Pride making money, it's about providing service. I would recommend them any time. Sam and Brandon put our new hot water heater in and left the area clean. A small job, Sam took care of the problem, and explained what was going on.

In the process of moving into a new home and noted that we had a pressure assist toilet that wasn't flushing correctly. Josh T was able to coordinate getting us the appropriate replacement parts and repaired our toilet without a hiccup. We had some additional plumbing work that needed doing at the same time and he was kind enough to help us find a service package that actually saved us more money than we otherwise would have spent. We have been very happy with Pride plumbing and plan to continue using their services!

Nick A. came to the house to install a full house filtration system, a gas connection for my stove and made time to install a new toilet that we had purchased. Nick did a great job of keeping us informed through all of his installations. His customer service skills are excellent! Being new to the Rochester area, and having worked with Nick A. previously when he did our home plumbing inspection, I feel like we now have a plumbing go-to service.

I called Pride Plumbing this morning when my sump pump wouldn't stop running. Jamie got someone out right away and by noon everything was complete. Really pleased with the quick response and excellent job Josh did. Would call again

Keith and Eddie from Pride Plumbing have completed a few jobs at our house. The appointment is always scheduled without delay, they appear on time, explain everything clearly, present possible options, and estimate charge before beginning the work. Work is efficient.
