Pride Plumbing of Rochester

My tub faucet kept dripping worse and worse as the week went on. I was unsure of who to contact and came across Pride Plumbing of Rochester. I read the reviews and they seemed like giving a chance. Previous plumbers cost me an arm and a leg just to come and do a consult before any work was done. I was able to schedule right away and they were able to work around my crazy schedule. Eddie was great in explaining the different things he could possibly run into and it turned out to be worse than I thought. Eddie though was great and very efficient in what he did to fix my bathtub plumbing. He was clean and got the job done a lot faster than I thought. Thank you so much for making this experience better than my last and I will highly recommend you to my friends and family who will ever run into any plumbing needs!

We woke up to a huge puddle on the kitchen table and floor. A catastrophic leak had occurred from the second floor bathroom. Not exactly what one expects on a Monday morning when work is calling. We mopped it up and called Pride Plumbing. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and helpful and got someone out the same day to determine the cause of our troubles. I like that she was willing to send someone immediately if we needed it (we did not - we had stopped the deluge - but it is reassuring to know she would have sent someone right away if needed).
Nick A. was the plumber and he arrived Monday afternoon. He quickly and professionally assessed the situation recognizing what was wrong and how to fix it. He considered several options for what we could do and presented all of it in a manner that was calming after our morning craziness. He did not have all of the materials so he could not complete the repair immediately but booked us for 8 am on Tuesday.
Nick A. arrived with mask on (co-vid spring) and worked diligently to repair the leak. He checked the fix multiple times until it was solidly fixed. He also went above and beyond in checking a secondary leak location to ensure it was merely water pooling from the prior deluge rather than another plumbing leak. He was neat and kept the work to a small area and cleaned up well.
We greatly appreciate that Pride Plumbing so quickly responded to our situation and sent such an excellent plumber. Many thanks!

I googled Pride Plumbing in the desperate needs to fix clogged drain in 2 bathroom and the kitchen. It was late phone call.. and I did not have much hope, that someone will be available to come and fix it, in the same day. At my surprise... technician was available to come in short period time. Eddie S ( technician/superman ) came to the rescue!! He was very professional, thorough and be able to solve my "clogged drains" issues at no time( despite that my cat , was trying to interfere with his work) . Eddie even be able to unjam the garbage disposal , that I thought , would never ever work again.
I can not thank Eddie enough for all of his hard work, that he have done at my townhouse.

Eddie arrived as promised, found the problem, made recommendations and discussed alternatives. After the installation, he explained how the system worked. I have used them in the past and always found them to be highly professional and very skilled.

he was courteous and knew exactly what to do to solve our problem. he gave us option on how to solve our problem and did not try to upsell us.

Big thank you to Sam V and Nate for all their hard work helping us figure out an ongoing problem with our septic system. They were here for three days in all kinds of crazy Rochester weather working to correct the problem. Both Sam V and Nate were diligent keeping us updated explaining the measures they were taking to determine the cause of the system not working properly. We have been customers of Pride Plumbing since we moved to the area three years ago and they have helped us with a variety of services: two new toilets, a new water heater, water pressure issues and our current septic problem. Pride plumbing is dependable, friendly, professional and excellent in customer service. A++++; highly recommend.

Nick A came to my house on Saturday 4/11 and provided excellent service. Due to no fault of his own he had to come back at 9 p.m and even after a long day on a weekend he still provided truly excellent service I would 100 percent recommend Pride plumbing

We have used Pride Plumbing before and they are great. Our hot water heater started leaking on Sunday. I called Pride Monday morning and Ken arrived that afternoon. He was COVID-19 compliant (mask and gloves).
He was courteous, quick, thorough and left the site very clean. The Hot Water heater works great.

We have used Pride Plumbing and David V. in particular several times in the past. We're redoing our kitchen and needed to have the kitchen faucet installed. Just as with previous jobs, David did a fantastic job! He arrived on time, was courteous, neat and tidy, did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up very well. All the while following all the appropriate "social distancing" practices of the COVID-19 crisis.

Sam V. did an outstanding job plumbing a basement sink. His work was done neatly, quickly, and professionally. All of the materials he needed to complete the job were in his truck, so he didn't have to go to the store for supplies. He arrived just when he said he would, and was very courteous. Sam's pleasant personality accentuated his skill, and the overall cost was quite reasonable. Pride Plumbing of Rochester will be the first place I call for my next plumbing job!

I have found Pride Plumbing to be efficient, knowledgeable, and dependable. Keith clearly explained the possible cause of a problem and the options to solve the problem. I will definitely call them again when needed.

Eddie at Pride Plumbing was excellent. My daughter was returning for Spring Break and the shower in her bathroom was not working. Pride Plumbing added us to the schedule quickly at a time that worked for my schedule. Eddie arrived, pleasantly greeted our dog, and investigated the shower. He gave me a list of options with prices and, when I asked, made a recommendation. He started the work immediately with parts from his truck. While working he found a significant problem with the old fixtures when one of the pieces broke before it could be removed. He soldered the piece so that he could continue with the repair. The result was a shower that works well completed quickly at the price to which we agreed. I asked Eddie to make recommendations on other potential plumbing projects and he gave me good advice in words that I could understand. I will call Pride Plumbing in the future and I will ask for Eddie.

So grateful that Pride Plumbing is in town! I had a leaky kitchen faucet that kept filling my cabinet every time the water was turned on... :( I called and spoke to Jules at 1:30 and by that afternoon Eddie S was there to check out the situation. He was professional and personable, and gave me MULTIPLE options as to what I could do... I sincerely appreciated the "no pressure" approach.
I opted to purchase my own faucet and have them install it, as well as repair the neighboring food disposal that was "showing its age," to say the least. I called at 11:00 the next day, and Keith S was there by 3:30 ready to take care of things. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He quickly got everything back up and running in less than 2 hours, including a tutorial for me on my new equipment. :)
This is the beauty of a family-owned business that takes PRIDE in their work and in helping their customers. Yes, it is a little on the expensive side, but with all of the choices available, you can find something that works within your budget AND addresses whatever plumbing issues ail you.
