Really bad online shopping serviceItems are constantly being misrepresented and people are being lured into buying something but it turns out that is not exactly how the item was describedPoshmark has really a horrible Customer serviceIt almost looks like some really bad AI softwareEven when you present concrete arguments with pictures and everything they slam you and they do not want to deal with itbasically no way getting your money back even if you are 100% right
Poshmark sent me shoes two sizes too small and refused to accept the return even though they had never been opened and it had been under daysThey said they only take returns within three daysI tried countless times to contact themThey have no listed phone number and took 48hours or more to return my emails

I emailed back to clarify what they mean by unusual activityI do NOT understand! Hope this review helps the business rectify their mistakes and grow to run better business I submitted an offer on an item I was interested in buying a couple weeks ago Seller counter offered, and I accepted, finalizing my order Next day, I found that this seller created another posting of the same item overnight and sold it to someone else who bid $higher I reached out to Poshmark to report this seller as this is a fraud activity and any purchases should be honored once an offer is selected and confirmed Poshmark got back to me pretty much saying that they have no control over their sellers and cannot do anything about sellers changing their minds or performing such fraud activities As a buyer's perspective, this is a big trust issue towards the business because buyers submit their offers based on the belief that the purchase will be guaranteed once their offers are selected and confirmed It is very unfortunate that Poshmark cannot moderate sellers' activities like this, and buyers always have to doubt the business' trustworthiness

I couldn't believe itI guess you just have to throw everything at them when a claim is filed and hope that something can support your side of the dispute, unless the seller is kind enough to reach out to you firstBut let's face it, not everyone is so kindThe company takes 20% of your earnings but doesn't have the decency to set up a system similar to *** or ***, where disputes involve both parties??? The way it's set up, a seller can lie and easily get their money back after an item has been damaged or usedYou have to pray that the person isn't rotten enough to shred your item or neglect to return everything (both of which have happened to sellers)I implore anyone to simply ***: Poshmark Seller Complaints and see what comes upIt's absolutely deplorable!
