Review: I placed an order with [redacted] for [redacted] deals. $110 each. 40 calendars for $220. I placed the order with [redacted] for 40 calendars. I only received 18 of the 40. The quality of these calendars were extremely poor. The calendars were made with professionally taken photographs. These were to be used as promotional items for a non profit organization. The calenders were so dark, you could hardly tell what was in the picture. There look terrible. No organization would ever use that garbage as a promotional item. I immediately contacted [redacted] to let them know of my dissatisfaction. I received a "blow off email" the first time. I contact several more times and never received a response. I also contacted [redacted]. The offered "to make it right" but there was no follow through. So here I am, filing complaints on all parties involved. I have filed this complaint with my bank twice. They will not hear me out or investigate my claims.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. They should be going back on [redacted] to get the money.

Review: We contracted with PNC bank to have a credit card machine in our Real Estate Office. September 2013 we received a call stating we needed to stop using our credit card machine. PNC holds a deposit we made with the credit card machine. Instead of placing those funds into our account the funds are in Limbo per the collection agency that has been assigned to this account.I have several collection agencies trying to collect debt from us. I spoke to several of the collection agencies and they will not give me any information. I contacted PNC and they said it was out of their hands.I do not understand. We had four accounts with PNC the credit card machine could deposit funds into. There are deposits of our funds held in limbo with PNC in the amount of $485.00. We were charged fees of $2.56 for one account ([redacted]). We were charged $11.99 for another account ([redacted] We were charged $19.50 for fees for a third account ([redacted]). We were charged $139.32 for a fourth account ([redacted]). I understand we are charged fees for usage on this credit card machine. What I do not understand is how we owe $173.37 in fees and PNC holds $485 of our funds why the $173.37 isnt deducted from the $485 and we are sent the balance of $311.63? Instead several collection companies were assigned these fees for collection. We have [redacted] trying to collect $221.25 as of 6.16.14.We have[redacted] formally [redacted] trying to collect $40.48.We have [redacted] trying to collect $168.52 as of May 12th 2014. As of April 14, 2014 they were trying to collect $102.49.I am not sure what interest rate these companies are charging as the amount owed seems to increased dramatically each month. Please help. It seems like to me we should be getting a check for $311.63 instead of collection companies harassing us for funds.Desired Settlement: Any reasonable fees minus collection fees should be deducted from the amount we our owed and we should be sent the funds. No collection should have ever been involved and we should not pay any collection fees.

The response just states they are in the research stage and will resolve the issue. I still get collection calls and they still owe us funds and we do not owe them.. they owe us.
I do not reject working with them.. I don't want this case closed until we have receive the funds we are owed from PNC.

Review: PNC bank fraud-cashed out my check which was payable to me @ [redacted] I'm not even a customer of PNC bank and I don't have any accounts with them. However I believe that they committed fraud in February in this year by cashing out a check of $3000 payable to my account at [redacted]. Here is the story. In February 2013, I made a balance transfer of $3000, from my [redacted] card issued by [redacted] to my [redacted] card. [redacted] sent out a check with all relevant information, including my name, address, account number with [redacted] and their address in Charlotte, NC. In July 2013, [redacted] received a faxed confirmation from PNC bank, which was copies of both sides of the original check. The back of the check clearly shows that PNC Bank cleared the check as early as in February. And now the $3000 simply disappeared. [redacted] claimed that the check was cleared and [redacted] received it. [redacted] customer service said they never saw such a check and told me that PNC Bank and [redacted] are two DIFFERENT banks, so they couldn't locate the check. I've requested [redacted] to investigate this case. However, I believe that PNC should be responsible for it - as I said, the front side of the check has my name, address, account no. with [redacted], etc., PNC was NOT supposed or had absolutely NO right to get the money from it. If PNC was not able to locate my account with them, they should have returned the check to [redacted] IMMEDIATELY, or forwarded it to me - the account owner, instead of cashing out the check and keeping silent for about 5 months before they faxed the documents back to [redacted]. Since I'm not a customer of PNC, I don't think it would help if I call their customer service. My only option is to file a complaint here with the PNC headquarter. I may also report the fraud to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and/or seek a lawsuit, depending on PNC's responses.Desired Settlement: I expect PNC to send the funds back to [redacted] ASAP.

Review: I have PNC checking with overdraft protection set up using credit card account. At my last visit to the branch I was assured that in case of overdraft I will only be charged $10 fee instead of usual 36.Instead PNC rearranged charges from higher to lower and charged me !! SEVEN!! times overdraft fees of 36.00 They only pulled 100 dollars from my CC which still has sufficient credit. Called the branch and got an answer " there's nothing we can do about it that's system that charging you"Desired Settlement: Due to PNC's bad practices and luck of communication I've incurred almost $300.00 in fees that I want refunded back to me. I'm a head of family of 4 with two little kids and this induces huge hardship on us.

Review: PNC financials are using policy to steal money out of customers account with overdraft fees. I paid a few bills with my checking account (money was there, everything fine) THREE DAYS LATER. My rent check processed earlier then what it was supposed to causing my account to go negative. Well PNC took it upon themselves to charge overdraft fees for the three bills I paid 3 days prior in which funds were available for. When I called escalations, they stated due to the history of acct they can't not put the money back and that those were not a bank error. I am furious. They stole money from me and I'm sure they're stealing money from other customers..... It's not right!! NEVER BANK WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!! This will also be posted on my Facebook page and I pray it goes viral so no one EVER banks with them again!!Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to contact me and to remove the three overdraft fees from the bills PAID days before. I will take full responsibility for the overdraft fee on the check but not the ones before that.

Review: I opened up an account in person on July 25th 2014 due to a promotion I had received for a 200 bonus after opening up an account. I called PNC on September 15th to find out the status on the promotion, and he informed me that I had 60 days from opening up the account to fulfill the requirements and that I had already met the direct deposit requirement and I had to complete the online bill pay to complete the fulfillment for the bonus. While on the phone he guided me through completing the online bill pay andtold me that I should get my bonus in no more than 60 days from the direct pay. I called back two weeks later to find out the status and a different rep informed me that I should be getting the promo in a couple of weeks and verified that I met the requirements. Today I called and the rep first informs me that there aas no promo code applied for the bonus. After half an hour on the phome with him, he tells me that they found a promo and that I didnt fulfill it. I am extremely upset because that is false advertising and information that I am receiving from PNC after they offered me a bonus for opening up a virtual account and I met all the requirements they have a change of heart and cancel the promotion I was informed by two reps that I would be receiving.Desired Settlement: I would like the 200 dollar bonus that I was offered by PNC bank at the time that I opened up my account. I met my requirements for the bonus and this was verified by two employees from the bank over the phone and three months after opening up the account they are not fulfilling the offer they informed me I would receive. First they tell me that there was no promo applied and then theyre saying I didnt meet it. That is false advertising

Review: I deposit a US Treasury check (tax return for thousands of dollars) into a PNC ATM machine at the PNC Bank on Saturday night, my savings acct. the check was made to my husband and myself and we both signed it. On Tues, I looked online & it said check was "unpresentable". I immediately called the bank and they said I couldn't put it into my savings acct cause my husband's name wasn't on the acct. They said the check would be mailed back to me in 3 business days. Yesterday I got a "legal copy" of the check in the mail from them. I immediately called them again and they said they DESTROYED the original check & I should use the copy as the check. I deposited that into the same ATM again but this time into a checking account that had both my husband and my name on the acct. I looked online today and again they said the check was "unpresentable". I called the bank again and now they said I have to deposit it in person and the copy would be mailed back to me in 7 to 10 business days. They are holding my money hostage; they had no right to destroy my original check; I offered to come pick it up wherever it was today and they said this wasn't an option. How can they get away with this?? This is outright thiefery.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: I opened a Standard Checking account with PNC Bank a few months ago.A few weeks ago when I spoke to a Sales Rep about opening a Savings account he reviewed my checking account first and stated that "Due to the amount of my direct deposit on behalf of my monthly payroll I qualified for an Interest Free Checking account". I gave him the go ahead to change my Standard Checking account to an Interest free Checking account. On April 1st my account unfortunately became overdrawn. On April 3rd I was charged the overdraft item fee of $36 (not a problem) On April 7th I was charged a 2 day overdraft fee of $14, On April 8th, 9th, 10th & 11th I was charged a 1 day overdraft fee of $7 each for those 4 days. On April 14th I was charged a three day overdraft fee of $21 in addition to a calculated service charge of $13. On April 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th and 21st I was again charged $7 each day for being overdrawn. As of today my account is currently overdrawn $291.45 on behalf of an overdrawn item that occured on 04.03.14. On 04.21.14 I contacted PNC's customer service seeking assistance with the charges and I wanted to change my account back to a Standard Checking account. I was advised by the representative that "There was nothing he could do in regards to the overdraft fees and my account could not be changed until the overdrawn balance has been paid in full". On April 22nd, I called my branch and spooke to a representative there who stated that "The minimum I will be charged between now and the end of the month will be an additional $14". At which time my account will be over drawn in total $305.45. I am a State Employee who happens to get paid only once a month (the last working day of each month which will happen to be on April 30th).Honestly, I cannot afford this. When my checking account was changed I was not made aware of the daily overdraft fees. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life.Desired Settlement: I am hoping to have my account changed back to a Standard Checking Account and I would like to be refunded some of the overdraft fees.I acknowledge the overdraft item and the $36 overdraft fee. But the daily overdraft fees are ridiculous.

Review: On Tuesday July 21st 2015 my mother [redacted] went into PNC bank to deposit a check for $3,600 into my checking account so I can pay for wisdom tooth surgery. According to [redacted] Bank the funds were taken out of my mothers account on July 21st. However after spending hours on the phone with PNC over Wednesday and Thursday with capital one telling them that the money has been taken form my mothers account to pay the check I still have not received any of the funds and they have placed a five day hold on the check because PNC says there is no money in my mothers account. Even after [redacted] has told them that PNC has already taken the money from her account. I just now got off another hour long conversation with pnc in where they told me there is nothing they can do even though my mother and I did everything that they told us to do in getting the Manager of [redacted] Bank to personally call PNC Bank to verify the funds were there and have been taken out of my mothers account.Desired Settlement: I Believe that PNC should have to give me the money that as of right now they have stolen from both my mother and myself. $3,600 that is being used to pay for an oral surgery I had yesterday in which the Dentist is probably going to be returning my check since they will not release the fund to me. After being told by the issuing bank that the money has already been taken from the account.

Review: I have been banking with PNC off and on for years dating back before the [redacted] merger to [redacted] bank. In the fall of 2012, it was September or October I added my husband to my account. His social security was ran and everything was fine. On April 24, 2013 2 days before our payday, and unknown debit for over $332 was withdrawn from our account without our knowledge or consent. when I called the bank I was informed my husband had an account in collections from 2009 and they were now collecting in it. The funny part is, they wouldn't talk to me about the past account because it was in his name only (we married in 2010) but they took the $$ out of the joint account. PNC advised the signature card signed gives them right to do this which is ridiculous. They did make payment arrangements for the remaining balance of $112 something, but refused to refund the $332 and make payment arrangements. My problem with this is, we received no notice of a delinquent account after he was added to my bank account. This account was from before we were married and if we would have received notification we would have made payment arrangements to pay the account off.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for the $332 and change paid on 4/24/13, and an opportunity to make payment arrangements on the amount. We have a 9 week old baby at home and this withdrawal has created a heavy hardship. I agree the debt needs to be paid; however I don't agree with the practices that took place.

Review: I have been banking with PNC bank before they transferred [redacted] and never before have I gotten such poor service from this bank. My account has been now overdrawn because of problems on PNC's End, I filed 3 disputes which were valid and were the result of theft, I sent in the paper work 2 times and yet no one seems to have gotten it, and now my account is closed and the outstanding balance is over 300.00 this includes fees as well. I tried to communicate with a rep and she was supposed to call me back as I was at work during our initial time and I NEVER got a call back and no one has been helpful in this situation. No one worked with me and now you expect me to pay for your lack of service. I have and will remain a loyal pnc customer if this is resolvedDesired Settlement: Like stated before the amount owed is over 300.00 for my account and I should not be responsible for paying this as I have done what I was supposed to do, and it is not my fault that your employees did not contact me on how to further complete this situation I have been working via email but they are not very helpful. Now I do not want this to go into collections and I want to keep my bank. The 3 disputes need to be refiled and you need to get my money back and remove all associated fees.

Review: I have had an account with PNC for a few years. They were an amazing bank I thought to myself wow I havent had a bank like this in years. A few months ago I started seeing charges that I did not make on my account! OF COURSE I disputed the charges seeing that you know I DIDNT MAKE THEM! Everything was fine and dandy I disputed the transactions and received the credit, whatever. Then I received a letter from them in the mail stating that they are reversing the credit and that my account is now negative 1,575!!!! I have proof of a police report and EVERYTHING. I could not believe I am being charged for purchases I did not authorize! Now I wake up this morning to my other account negative and some NSF fee attached to my account! I haven''t even paid with a check! So how do I have a NSF on my account?! So now that account is negative 145.00!!!!!!!! This bank will rob you blind! I am so upset that this is happening to me and the bank is not helping me in the least bit except for charging me OD Fees!!! Someone please help me.Desired Settlement: I would love for my accounts to be in the positive. I have been a loyal customer to your bank and I don't believe I have been treated fairly.

Review: I received a call from PNC Collections department 2 days after an automatic payment controlled by PNC did not go through on their computer system (3/17/14). I had tried to explain multiple times to the agent what needed to be corrected and they assured me it would be taken care of. The only issue they resolved was to have my account out of collections and not fix the actual problem. Long Story short, after this was done I was told to call customer service as they weren't going to do anything more. I asked to speak to a supervisor ([redacted]) and was given phone number. Apparently she had been in meeting 24 hours a day for 2 weeks. Because I never received a call back until 4/7/14. I declined to speak with her as I have moved on to someone that can actually help. This has resulted in over 20 days of trying to correct the issue of my personal time. As of today 4/7//14 my account is still not corrected. During these conversations the agent ([redacted])was disrespectful and rude on 2 accounts of multiple phone conversations. After I pointed out that he had failed to do what he had said and did not fix the payments amounts as he said. If I had known I was speaking with a collections agents I would never have let him have access to make changes to my account. BOTH OF THESE EMPLOYEES ARE GROSSLY INCOMPETENT IN THE SERIVCES THEY PROVIDED. From my previous experience with PNC Agents I expected more and will most likely never do business with your loan/collections department again.Desired Settlement: After reviewing the actual time and energy spend and still spending to resolve this issue I would like a written apology from both of these employees as I do not want to speak to any of them, EVER. Because of this I have not made any transfers to my account in amounts larger than $10,000 and have had to pay interest on this amount, therefore I would like the opportunity to close this specific account early without penalty (Closing costs) or an adjustment made to lower my points.

Review: My complaint is PNC has failed to send me a escrow refund check, in my name even though I provided all the paper work they have requested. I have spoke to them several times to try and clear this matter up. The last time was in April of 2013. I was told they would put a flag on my account for their supervisor to read and respond to in ten days. Its now June and I still have never received a call or letter. I don't know what more information they would need to prove the house belongs to me only and therefore the refund check should be in my name alone.Desired Settlement: Send the check in my correct name [redacted] without my ex, husbands name on the check.
