We have partnered with the customer and came to a
resolution. We have processed a replacement for the items he received
damaged. We remained in contact with the...
customer to insure a seamless delivery
with his replacement items. 2 out of the 3 replacement chairs arrived damaged,
and we immediately processed another replacement. The customer agreed to use
the box from his replacements to send back the original items that were sent
damaged. Delivery for his 2 chairs is expected on 8/4/15

we would love to invite him back into our stores.
Concern
has been officially resolved.
First of all they are referring to me as [redacted]. Secondly they promised to give a merchandise credit card or gift card since I paid originally with a gift card. They instead issued a refund to my pier 1 rewars card without my authorization. I just lost that dollar amount since I no longer have a pier one credit card. They do things their own way without the custmers consent. VERY VERY WRONG!!!!!

I understand they are working on my case and that it will take up to 60 days, and I'm willing to wait that time, I been waiting since Nov. 4th more than three months already. but until my case get resolve I will be satisfy. I hope they understand.

amount of $223.43 plus refunded all shipping charges of $59.95. The customer was advised she will see two
separate credits, one for the merchandise and one for...

I am rejecting this response because:The response regarding the inability to reverse another erroneous late fee charge is unacceptable. On January 5, 2017, we spoke to a customer service representative regarding the first erroneous late fee charge and our account was corrected immediately. At that time we were informed that payment should not be made until after the 3rd of each month. As requested I made the January payment on January 11th which wasn’t due until January 28th. Although, we paid on time and after the 3rd of the month our account was once again assessed a late fee. How can we continuously be assessed late fees when were not paying late? You can’t expect us to have patience after continuously being financially violated. This is wrong. You can resolve this matter for my husband and I by contacting [redacted] at ###-###-#### and discussing account ending in ...[redacted]. First and last initials begin with the letter *.

This information is not correct. I answered the phone and talked to the rep from Pier 1 0308/17. I was waiting in a doctors office for the doctor to come in and made the call quick. The rep from Pier 1 said they are still investigation the mirror situation and the rep from Pier 1 even said she sees issues with how it shows available and not available where I want this mirror delivered too. She said they were trying to get it for me and delivered without any charge. We talked for a bit, the doctor came in, she said she will continue to look for me for answers and would get back with me. She never did. I am waiting on them, they were not waiting on me.
