Their customer service is ridiculously bad The do not return phone calls We asked for a payoff letter two week later they had not sent the letter When we called about it they stated that it was in the notes but a ticket was never created, and they would fax it, they never did The people over the payoff letters will not even accept incoming calls

It was very easy to take out a loan with One Main FinancialI got the money I needed for a home improvement and the payment is deducted from my account automatically, I don't have to worry about itI recommend One Main Financial to anyone

The experience at the St Augustine branch was great, very knowledgeable Tammie went above and beyond to get my loan done and processed in a timely manner
