Riding mower purchased in 2016 engine is blown and they will not cover repairs
Dear Mr.;
We are sorry you have experienced issues with your Husky Riding Lawnmower. Review of our transcripts, photos and audio recordings indicate that the unit in question was the result of insufficient lubrication on behalf of the end user.
This failure was verified with exchanged photos being supplied by our authorized service center and is not the result of a manufacturing defect. Please refer to your owners manual on proper care an maintenance of your tractor.

I am rejecting this response because:
I've been messed around since June on this matter. The product in question had sufficient oil in it until it blew a hole through the side of the engine block the picture I have looks to be the result of a bad bearing. I've read where someone else had a similar experience with this same model engine it was replaced and did the same thing shortly after. This mower wasn't mistreated and MTD has thoroughly chose to take advantage of a customer who spent a great deal of money on a product that they are choosing not to stand behind and doing everything in their power to avoid making repairs including lying to the customer per my conversation with them on 9/5/2017 when I was told by customer service that they had chosen to have a complete engine replacement. Only to be told the next day that this wasn't true. That it would not be replaced. I'm very dissatisfied with MTD and their failure to stand behind a product that is a little over a year old and cost over $1,500.00
I bought a cub cadet riding lawn mower from Home Depot in May of 2017. Unfortunately, one of the tires continues to go flat without any punctures in the tire. Either the tire is defective or the rim is defective. Tried to resolve the issue with Home Depot but there is only a 30 day manufacture warranty on tires while the rest of the machine has 1-7 years in warranty. Don't completely understand why this is the way it is but I am unable to contact cub cadet as they don't answer their phones, hence the reason for the complaint. I'm asking for an exchange as the mower I was sold was a floor model and was unaware of the defective tire and/or rim.
Dear Mr.;
We are sorry you have experienced an issue with your Cub Cadet Riding Lawnmower. Please refer to your manufacturing warranty covered within your owners manual. While a Tire is considered a normal wear item covered under the warranty for a period of 30 days from the purchase date, if the issue is related to the rim, you should not experience any issues obtaining repairs.
We have listed the Servicing Dealers within your area who can take a look at your issue and file the appropriate warranty claim.

Consumer called. He still does not have his mower back from the authorized repair center. He was hoping to keep the complaint open until he got his machine back from the repair facility.
