Hello ***, In regard to the carpet cleaning, I never spoke with herAs far as not requesting it be done, it could have been a mistake on our part or on the person that called in the carpet cleanSometimes we have residents get confused about their apartment numbers, so we may have been given
misinformationAny contractor that we use on property is required to carry high amounts of insurance for liability, etcUpon entering the carpet company realized that this apartment was not ready to be cleaned, and came back to the office to check with usAt this time they were told not to clean it so that we could make sure it was the correct apartment numberIn regard to the day notice, the TAA lease specifically states a day notice must be received on the first, for a move out on the last day of the monthShe did not provide notice to move on or before the 1st, therefore she was responsible for an additional monthWe send notices to all residents at least days prior to their lease expiring letting them know the requirements so that they do not miss the proper notice timeframeWe also follow up with phone callsIn her case we were offering "Early Bird" renewals so the 1st contact was on 5/19, so she had far more than enough time to bring in proper notice before the 1st of July, as requiredIn addition, she skipped out early, owing us money in the amount of $for rent, damages, etcPlease let me know if there is anything else you need from meRegards, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I will try to type slower for you so you understandThere are no opinions or hearsay'sHere are the facts.Fact number one (1)Our lease was signed with the *** Organization, a property management company ( just in case you did not know)We never would have rented an apartment or any other dwelling from Greystar, a property management company ( the company you work for in case you did not know) as the reviews are too poor and far to manyHere is the link if you know how to use Googlehttps://***.com/Mission Hills is the apartment complex that you are assigned to work at, not the property management companyGreystarHope that is clear now.Fact number two (2)Unit number *** ( that is an apartment number located at *** *** **, *** *** Texas 78258) ie Mission Hills Luxury Apartments, Supporting evidence clearly shows the Fact that this unit was left clean and in excellent condition by the *** Family and their hired professionals to ensure all details were carefully considered and taken care of. Fact number three (3)It is also a Fact that you and your management company Greystar are attempting to collect a debt, first via email and phone calls, now apparently through the Revdex.com.Fact number four (4)You said you had to replace all blinds, ceiling fans and light fixturesBy you retaining my damage deposit for these items that are so called not usable because of smoke damage, that means I bought the items , there is not one thing wrong with any of these items,they are not damaged in any way,prove they are not usable, they now belong to me and I demand that they be given to me immediately as I have purchased themThese items were clean and left in great condition when we left the apartment.Fact number five (5)You are required by Texas Law to give when asked for the property owners name, number and mailing addressIt has been request by the *** family in writing on many occasions and you have refused to provide that information to us.Fact number six (6)You continue to bully through your writingsWe are not responsible for your dwelling after we leave as you stated in your previous responseWe are no longer your tenantsYou can no longer violate our civil rights as you have become accustomed to doingWe do have civil rights and free speechWe are in no way fabricating any truths or trying to harm you has your company has done to us
Fact number seven (7)You do not state in any signed lease or paper work by us that you do not allow smoking in your unitsIf this is your rule you should make it clear to the consumer as you do with all of your other policiesYou can not bait and switch, that is illegalConsumers will look else where for a property that suits their lifestyle ie if they have pets, if they smoke, if they have water beds etcYou have every right to make the rules, however it is your responsibility to make sure the consumer understands and signs any rules or policies you may have, you do not do thisWe had never ever encountered this issue with other apartment management companies, neverWe are very good tenants, quiet and clean, always pay on time every time, even your inflated water bills were all paid in full.Fact number eight (8)Greystar manger for the Mission Hills Luxury Apartments complex did harass and scream at me for being afraid of him, I do have a nervous disability that he liked to make fun ofBully and unlawful not to mention very poor manners and very for customer service. Fact number nine (9)*** *** and *** *** do not work for the EPAEPA stands for Environmental Protection AgencyThe EPA is in charge of air quality , not Greystar managersThey are not certified to make any such judgement and there for unlawful entry to harass and bully and intimidate our family and all others in the building, as after they did this the lady down stairs began to cry as she smokes tooI understand you don't like it and that is fine, I respect your rights you had better respect mineThis was our dwelling ie home,home being the key word here,here is the definition of that for you noun a house, apartment, or other shelter that is the usual residence of a person, family, or householdthe place in which one's domestic affections are centeredA simple memo or an addition to your leases would remedy this situation, I would think your legal team would be smarter and cover this for Greystar.Fact number ten (10)This issue can and should be resolved quite quickly and easily, as the current manager seems a bit more fittingI know she is paid to lie and thats okay I do not answer for her just myselfSend me the fans and the light fixtures and blinds as your have charged me for them therefore I have purchased them, they are now my propertyAdd a lawful policy to prevent other consumers from fraudulent charge's from smoking by making them fully aware that if they do smoke in there home they will be chargedRefund all inflated water bills to all tenants including usStart respecting the rights of all Americans regardless of how you FEELI know you FEEL a lot as per your previous responses talk about your feelings.Fact number eleven (11)You can not bully or intimidate or harass senior citizens in the great state of Texas.Texas law provides additional rights for citizens age and over to protect them against mental abuseYour company, Greystarhas done just thatas my husband is a senior citizen who was bullied by *** *** as wellThe senior citizen lawyers are ready and willing to take this on if we need to go that way we will, however it could be easier and should beSo sad that senior citizens are treated this way, as are people with disabilities at your property Mission Hills Luxury ApartmentsFact number twelve (12)The evidence and proof of how the apartment was left and smelled will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there was nothing wrong with apartment at all as I have stated over and over and over again.Our photos and professional witnesses will concur with this statement. We do have the right to file complaints in this Country
