Melaleuca is a consumer direct health & wellness company. Preferred members are referred and enrolled by other members. During the presentation, the presenter informs the new member all customer benefits and explains the back-up order. A back-up order is placed...

when the member does not place an order before the last business day of the month. This should have been explained to Ms. [redacted] by her enroller and presenter. Please note that I do not know Ms. [redacted]. I did not enroll her nor did I do the presentation.According to Melaleuca Business Development:1) Ms. [redacted] was enrolled by [redacted];2) The presentation was done by [redacted];3)  A refund was made to Ms. [redacted]'s method of payment- on file on November 19, 2014 (credited to her card).
