I was about to lose my business and nobody would do loans on a work truck. I called maximum loans and got 10k in around 1 hr. other companies wanted to store my truck and ofered a lot less money. I recomend them to any one out there who needs fast cash
I had a very positive experience with this company. The employees were all very helpful and understanding. It was my first experience with a title loan and I was very leery and nervous about the whole thing. The employees were kind and patient with me. The only detail I don't like about how the loan works is that you must pay it on the exact day that it's due. I made my first payment 10 days early thinking I was staying on top of things and didn't realize that it actually changed my due date to that date.
Review: I paid my loan payment 36 hours early due to medical reasons. I am going to be hospitalized on the 9th when they want it paid. I was told "IF" I paid it early that would be my new due date. Today I got a reminder call to pay my payment and I informed the lady I paid last night (4/7/15). She let me know that I will still owe on the 9th. I can not pay on the 9th as I will be undergoing treatment and will be unable to do so...I thought it was more responsible to pay ahead....Boy was I wrong! They need a little flexability. I paid 36 hours they still have not taken payment out of my checking account by the time they do in will be about 12 hours early. I think this is very harsh when people have circumstances in life that pop up. A few hours early should NOT be a problem. It is just a way to get every dime a interest out of a person. They also NEVER up date your balance so you never know where you stand. I keep a record for myself. It would be nice to see if we agree.Desired Settlement: Update total stilled owed have a 72 hour prepay Ok policy, late is late. Do not get punished for trying to be responsible.

[redacted], your payment was applied today as per your request. However, to change your due date you will need to come to our office, pay any outstanding interest due on the account and sign a new contract on the day of the month your would like your static due date to be. Your account is in good standing so not sure what the actual issue here is. As for taking the money out of your account, we do NOT offer any ach services. Please be advised that the only method of payment we accept is visa/debit or cash at [redacted]. Thank you[redacted]/manager
We were made to feel welcome and our loan approval came within the first 30-45 minutes, but we were on a time deadline and the paperwork to complete our loan was so slow (2 hours) that we missed our deadline by 2 minutes. We were there from 2-4:15 pm! That had severe consequences for our family. They had a 1/2 off the first month's interest special that will help our finances, but the interest rates on title loans amount to over 100% per year, which is ridiculous. This applies to every title loan company we contacted. This is our first experience with a title loan.
I have had an account for over 2 years with them and I have tried to get an amount due so I can pay them off..I was told that they couldn't tell me the amount it would have to be a manager that would do that however that would have to wait till the next week. It was a Friday morning so I would have to have pay that interest until they could get back to me. I would never recommend this business to anyone and cant wait to get my pay off so I can move on from this terrible company... this was not the first time I tried to get my pay off the other times they kept it from me and said if I was at another title company that they could beat there prices...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Pleasant experience!!
I was a good on time paying customer with Maximum Title Loans and I ran into a situation where I found it necessary to shop around my outstanding loan with another title loan company. When I informed Maximum of what my intention was and requested the loan payoff and daily interest I was put in touch with the manager. I expected some sales pitch as to blah blah this and blah blah that but to my surprise I was presented with a courteous, professional and helpful resolution. Maximum Title made a day that was filled with worry to a day filled with piece of mind. They understood my situation and provided me with much more favorable terms that made my decision to stay with them an easy one. I know many people have heard horror stories about title loans but as an individual who is retired and on a fixed budget Maximum Title did the exact opposite of what I thought they would do. They made a situation that deeply concerned me and became a reliable partner in resolving those concerns. I appreciate Maximum's professionalism in helping me meet my goals as a customer. If you're looking for a reliable and professional Title Loan company and you're an honest and reliable paying customer you should seriously consider going with Maximum Title Loans. Thanks again Maximum, I'm grateful for your consideration and solution. [redacted]
Review: I took out a title loan on my car. Prior to taking out the loan, I contacted several title loan companies for information since I had never had this type of loan before. A different company called me back, so I ended up taking out the loan with that company. One day after getting the loan, [redacted] from Maximum Title Loans called and left me a message. I called her back and explained that I had already taken out the loan with a different company. She told me that Maximum Title Loans could buy out my loan and I could take advantage of a special the company was currently offering, which was 30-days interest free. She also told me they could probably lower my payment and quite possibly increase the amount of my loan. I told her that I didn't think I would need an increase, but I wanted to see if they could lower my payment and the interest free period was a real bonus. So, [redacted] scheduled an appointment for me with [redacted] in the Chandler location. On July 20th I initiated the paperwork for Maximum Title Loans to buy out my loan at a lower payment amount as well as a 30-day interest free offer. I was also told that if I completed a [redacted] review I would receive $5.00 off when my first payment came due. The initial problem occurred when I received a call from Maximum Title Loans on approximately July 18th or 19th and was told that my first payment of $324.04 was due. I explained that I had the 30-day interest free period and that my first payment would not be due until August. The person on the phone told me that I was confused about how the 30-day interest free offer worked, and that the payment was due the following day. I became extremely upset because I felt like I had been lied to. I called the Chandler office and told them what happened, and they told me the same thing; that my payment of $324.04 was due the next day. I began to cry because 1) I did not have the money, and 2) it felt like they had misrepresented the terms of the loan. Approximately an hour later, I received a call back from someone different. She apologized for the confusion and said that I was given incorrect information about the payment, and that they did not mean to (quote) "stress me out." (end quote). She told me that ordinarily I would not have had a payment at all, but I owed $65.00 which is what it cost them to buy out my loan with the other company. When I questioned that explanation as well, the story changed, and I was told that the other company misquoted them the amount that was due to payoff my loan. She went on to say that she didn't find out about the discrepancy until she arrived at the other company's office to pay off my loan. That didn't sound right to me, but I let it go. The more I thought about it, the more it continued to bother me, and on July 31st I called the original company to find out exactly what transpired. I was told by the other company, that Maximum Title Loans was not being honest and forthright in their explanation. The other company also confirmed that it took Maximum Title Loans 10 days to pay off my loan. Furthermore, that means that during that 10 day period, I had two title loans and was accruing interest with both companies. I do not believe I should have to pay for the interest that was accrued as a result of Maximum Title Loans' delay in paying off my loan. Also, in the interest of full disclosure, I had an accident on July 24 and my insurance company totaled my car. They are going to pay off my balance with Maximum Title Loans and issue me a check for the difference. I called Maximum Title Loans to tell them about the accident, and they confirmed that my insurance company had contacted them. I again brought up the $65.00 payment that I made, and [redacted] tried to convince me once again that I (quote) "Came out better than they did by only having to pay $65.00 instead of the full month's payment." (end quote). Again, I do not believe I should have to pay to bridge the gap between the time I took out my loan with Maximum Title Loans, and the time it took them to pay off the loan. Ten days is excessive, and I would like my money refunded ASAP. Also, I did write the [redacted] review, and gave them a good rating although it took almost 2 1/2 hours for them to process the paperwork when [redacted] said hat it would only take 45 minutes. I gave Maximum Title Loans a pass, and ultimately ended up getting burned by them. I now understand why these title loan businesses are considered to be predatory lenders. I would never recommend this business to anyone in my position. To say that I am totally and thoroughly disgusted is an understatement!Desired Settlement: I would like my $65.00 refunded immediately.

Ms [redacted],First let us apologize for taking longer than usual to process your loan, that is not the norm and will be addressed with the office staff. Most companies ask for a 10day payoff but we try to pay loans off within 3 days. You are right that you are owed a credit, another mistake on our part as you are only liable for the amount of the contract and not for the additional days it takes us to pay off the loan. This issue has been addressed with [redacted] and because we never take longer than 3 days to pay loans off, she had no previous experience with this scenario. Had it been brought to my attention, I would have advised her not to collect those funds. A credit will be issued once final payment is received and your total loss claim with your insurance company is settled. Our industry is often labeled as "predatory" which clearly we are not when offering zero interest loans. I am sorry for the experience you had with our company and hope you will consider us again as we really did go above and beyond to buy out your loan and offer you a better rate than you previously had. Thank you,[redacted]
I had several moments in my life where so far, I can honestly say that without Maximum Title Loans, I would've never pulled through. They have always been the most respectful and understanding when it comes to life and the speedbumps that come along. Thank you for all your help, MTL!!!
I have had a pleasant experience, but the calls and texts are a bit much. I have never missed a payment and still get these massages.
This company is great!! They are professional - quick and get you to the bottom line asap!! [redacted] especially is too funny!! If you can't afford tickets to comedy nite - be sure and stop by she is good for some laughs!!
Review: My wife [redacted] took out a title loan less than a month ago, first payment is not even due yet and have received numerous of harassment calls and threats from company and their legal department. I am not even on the loan and receiving threatening text messages from them of legal action against myself and my wife, they included serving us at our place of employment and called out our employment names on text message. Loan was for $800 and apparently they wrote the check for $200 more then the contract amount. I have asked for proof of their mistake and have not been provided any proof other then their statements of how can you be so dumb and such and it to not realize check was $200 more. Well, for one.. she was in a hurry to deposit money to avoid any NSF fees, last I checked being stupid or naive is not against the law. Again, I will repeat first payment is not even due yet, today an email was received adding the $200 in the contract, I called them to question the amount owed for first payment as it went up from $118 due to $195.37. They said they took it upon themselves to add the extra $200 included in the contract even though she did not sign that amount. Text message from their legal department (BO) states, Hi this is BO, no company name, we filed a claim against you and your wife for the entire amount of the loan today. We are calling your loan due in full payable immediately. Cant wait to get a judgement on you you're such a class act, lol.. my response was thanks for the threat and harassment besides a lawyer, I will contact the Revdex.com and CFPB. First payment is not even due yet. Bo's response was be our guest. you have refused to return the $200 which is why we are suing you (I'm not even on the loan and he is texting me) he proceeded with claim one went out today for $52 filing fee and process service fees. Would you like to agree to meet our process server. Process servers can be between $65 and $150 depending on attempts, of course we will attempt to serve you and your wife at work first.. my response please stop the harassment, is this how you do business. Bo's response we don't tolerate people stealing money from us just like any other business, just like (he names my work and my wives work company).. my response from here on out please send this in writing. please do not contact me or my wife any longer. Bo's response.. lol Riiiiiight, so you steal money from us and we are supposed to not contact you, you are such and it this is unbelievable, we will continue our collection efforts as well. Maybe you can have your attorney write a cease and desist. .. This is completely unacceptable these threats and harassment phone calls, again first payment is not even due, they have called my wives work and my work several times. This harassment needs to stop, it is not justified.Desired Settlement: My wife will continue to pay what is owed to the company as she did in fact take a title loan out.. Company needs to wipe out all legal fees against us, stop the harrasing phone calls and apologize for the way their company and employee BO has behaved, this is unacceptable. Not too mention the embarassment and harassment they have caused. Any thing above and beyond this would be great as they cannot treat their customers this way.

Maximum has made multiple attempts to collect the $200 overpayment to which [redacted] has refused to repay. Why do you need proof if you deposited the check into your account and have a copy of the contract? Furthermore, you have stated to our representative Tahiri that this was our mistake and you weren't going to pay for it, clearly acknowledging the overpayment and refusing to do the right thing. We have given you the option to sign a new contract with the adjusted amount to which you have refused as well. We are left with no option but to take legal action against you. Often times people who can't pay their title loans resort to filing complaints with various institutions to attempt to apply pressure and make us "go away". Sir, you and your wife [redacted] have clearly stolen money from our company and we need it back, plain and simple.
They are courteous and always there to help or answer any questions
Over the course of the last 3 years, my husband and I have used Maximum Title Loans, LLC a couple of different times. The title loan we took out with them was the first we had ever done. I was extremely impressed with this company. Their customer service is excellent. They are always warm and friendly, and have been there to help us financially every time we have needed it. I would recommend them to anyone in need. They are awesome to work with!

I went to Maximum Title Loans a couple of days ago and had a wonderful experience. They were so helpful! Even when I was unsure where to go, I sent a email and got a reply right away. Which made my desision very easy because I felt like they cared, even when I went into the store the next day.
Review: I received a loan 12/9/2013 with the agreement that final payoff would be 5662.20 clearly stated on Contract as long as I made consistent payments beginning 1/9/2014. I have made and exceeded this amount. Total paid as of 7-22-2015 5731.58 . I had made several attempts prior to this date requesting full payoff information. When I was contacted by [redacted] at [redacted] office about past due payment she and I started an email communication 7-14-2015 and I stated at that time that I felt based on my contract that and payment history that I had fulfilled my obligation and that I wanted in writing the information I had requested. After a week of back on forth emails [redacted] finally provided me an account of payments they had on record which was incomplete. They had no record of my payments from 1-9-2014 thru 12-9-2014. And tried to claim that I still owed them over $3000. And my car was towed on 7-26-2015 for failure of payment. I went to the [redacted] office on 7-27-2015 with documentation that I had made and exceeded all scheduled payments. Asking that this situation be resolved. [redacted] did acknowledge the documentation I had that I had paid the 5731.58. But that according to their information I was in default and they were justified to tow my vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager but was told that they do not work at that location and were unavailable by phone to talk with me, I requested that I receive a phone call today at my number on record from the owners or a manager to get this matter resolved and never received a call.Desired Settlement: My credit history corrected, my vehicle returned at their expense and a written letter verifying loan is paid in full with immediate return of my title
