This is not correct. I was speaking directly to the representative who identified...
himself as "Bo". He was immediately nasty to me and insulted me when I addressed his attitude with me. I WILL NOT allow ANYBODY claiming to be a "professional" to curse at me or use derogatory language. Regardless if the account is in "default", the Attorney General's office finds it very interesting that we were insulted and treated in such way. A "late" bill does not allow for any person employed by a company to insult the customer. NEVER.
Maximum has made multiple attempts to collect the $200 overpayment to which [redacted] has refused to repay. Why do you need proof if you deposited the check into your account and have a copy of the contract? Furthermore, you have stated to our representative Tahiri that this was our...
mistake and you weren't going to pay for it, clearly acknowledging the overpayment and refusing to do the right thing. We have given you the option to sign a new contract with the adjusted amount to which you have refused as well. We are left with no option but to take legal action against you. Often times people who can't pay their title loans resort to filing complaints with various institutions to attempt to apply pressure and make us "go away". Sir, you and your wife [redacted] have clearly stolen money from our company and we need it back, plain and simple.
This customer has been refunded his autopay amounts he called in and disputed and also due to no email being sent as has been requested numerous times in writing to change new autopay date and amount, this customer has additionally been removed from autopay and is encouraged to make the payment...
amounts on dates he wishes. Thank you Mr. Andrez A[redacted]
In certain cases we will not retrieve a vehicle if we feel it does not have sufficient value. This is the case and the client is responsible to either sell the vehicle prvate party or deliver the vehicle to auction. Always in your best interest to sell private party as you will get more...
money very likely.
Paul:As you can see I have attached a copy of the original contract. As agreed, we made every payment on time as required in the loan which I have copies of all payments made. Our loan was not for 1 month as you suggest. We had an amortized loan which was agreed upon by Brendon C[redacted]. Whether our credit was 700+ or not is completely irrelevant to the agreement signed 4 years ago. I am requesting a payoff from your company which I still have not received. Additionally, I have correspondence supporting my complaint. Furthermore, should the Revdex.com request such documents I am more than willing to provide them to substantiate my complaint to include documents from my attorney, William B B[redacted] who spoke with Brendon C[redacted]. [redacted]
Revdex.com:
I sent it to the address I was instructed to send it to by Nick in the legal off. The first time when it was returned and the last time when they accepted the payoff. So it wasn't sent to a wrong address. The mistake came down to their employee not telling me what overnight service I had to use. But they won't accept this. That $35 is so important to them they took a hit on the Revdex.com. They can have it. And for the record I got an email awhile back saying they failed to respond despite a reminder and their rating would be effected. I think that decline in rating should stay since they couldn't even respond to a simple complaint within the time limit. Guess it must have been Nick's job to calendar the deadline and he just failed to do it!
Regards,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] Maximum Title Loans was not up front with their pricing they tried to hide it, I had never done a Title loan before and do not understand why anyone would put a lien on someone's vehicle before the customer had agreed to the terms?
Regards,
[redacted], your payment was due 11/7 - our notes indicate you finally communicated with us after you were 11 days past due. We told you payment had to be made, even if you planned on selling the car. Car was in possession as of 11/23 and sold a few weeks later. You called us only after...
car was sold in December. Our records indicate, you have not communicated with us regarding the deficiency owed on your account albeit our attempts to satisfy the account. We are happy to resolve the account if you contact our legal department.
Mr. [redacted] came into our office for a new loan on July 23, 2014. He was approved at which point pricing was discussed by a manager. He then and signed an [redacted] application which he was told would allow Maximum Title Loans to add our lien on the title. The client...
abruptly changed his mind after he saw the contract and title was liened. We released the title and gave Mr. [redacted] a courtesy call to let him know he could pick up title.
[redacted], the account is not paid in full and is in our legal department. It is in your best interest to pay to avoid 7 years of interest and legal fees accruing on the account (which is what is happening). We are calling in attempt to avoid filing suit and would very much like to close your legal account today.
Unlike Maximum Title Loans' response that it already mailed me the title as shown to me on November 1, it was only the next day, November 2, that I got an email message that only now the title is going...
to be released, and will take 4-5 business days for me to receive it in the mail. Notice that the company neither noted when it was mailed or apologized for the delay of my receipt of the title for over a month when it is supposed to be 2-3 weeks maximum as I was told on the phone after I payed back the loan, along with the fact that they never called me back after my leaving messages on their voicemail for three consecutive days. At this point, I will wait until Friday of next week to receive the title before lodging my continuous complaint, but please do leave my case open in case I still don't receive the title in the latest timeframe given. In any case, I would like you to send my message here to the loan company which will clearly show them that I know for a fact that they lied saying that the title was mailed out, because if this would be true, I would have surely received it by now.
I have been here before and will probably return again if the need arises. I was treated very well. They were prompt with everything. I was in a hurry, on my way to work and I was in and out. Love these girls
Maximum title loans is fast, efficient, and easy. This second loan was twice as fast and easy as the first one. If you want it fast, this is the place.
I had a family emergency my son was in ICU I called and let them Know My payment would be late they said that shouldn't be a problem , made my payment got a call saying I owed another $100 or I would be in default , told them I talked to someone < my son was in ICU , basically said we do not care , tried to get a payoff early on Friday was had to be by email and they closed at 5pm, of course No One got back to me until Monday at 4pm and charged me almost $300 more , this place is the worst, and the managers and people in charge should not be recommended by Revdex.com
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and agree that Mr. [redacted] and I have been in touch about attempting to resolve this matter through the use of a private mediator. We are both in the process of attempting to locate and contact potential mediator(s) to make such an arrangement. However, even in his response to the complaint with the Revdex.com, Mr. [redacted] acknowledges again that the attorneys' fees and costs owed by Maximum Title to me for services rendered were to be in exchange for and credited to an interest free loan, and if this had been in fact done as agreed, then my loan should have been deemed paid in full and the title to my vehicle released back in May of 2013, or at the very latest October 2013. If a resolution can be reached through the agreed to mediation that is satisfactory to me, then I will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
Total scam and false advertising. The website states that they don't check your credit, if that was true, why do they still need your Social Security number and still check your credit for judgements. They also will advertise on the website what you are able to borrow on your vehicle and it is listed as the private party value. Then, when you go in to the store, they will tell you its worth nothing and will only give you blackbook value unless you have very very high income, 40,000 isnt enough you need more to actually qualify. They tout the Revdex.com A rating on their site, but they are very deceptive in their advertising. I wouldnt waste your time.
Great experience for my first title loan! Leanna and Alicia were very helpful with the whole proces. Thank you!
