Very helpful and informitive. Chandy Explained everything and answered all my questions.
I went to Maximum Title Loans today. I was treated very professionally. I was greeted promptly and treated with respect. This is the second time that I have used Maximum and I would recommend Maximum Title loan to all of my friends.
Good experience so far.
Chandy was very courteous.
Client is 55 days past due and we do not use such language as Crissy indicates. It appears that Crissy is using this complaint to distract from her past due account. We would like her to call us to get current

This is not the kind of behavior anyone at our company would ever engage in. Unfortunately our industry has a high default rate and many people choose not to pay us back per their contract. Please contact your son and ask him to adhere to the contract and do the right thing....
If he cannot pay the minimum amount due, he can surrender the vehicle that not only any lender would require but as is also required by Law. Many people make claims about phone calls they receive but since we do not record our calls, I cannot attest to the conversation that took place. I have spoken to our recovery department and your allegations were resoundingly denied.
Again, please help your son and encourage him to avoid any further legal action by making his payment. Thank you,
Maximum
[redacted], the account is not paid in full and is in our legal department. It is in your best interest to pay to avoid 7 years of interest and legal fees accruing on the account (which is what is happening). We are calling in attempt to avoid filing suit and would very much like to close your legal account today.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] Maximum Title Loans was not up front with their pricing they tried to hide it, I had never done a Title loan before and do not understand why anyone would put a lien on someone's vehicle before the customer had agreed to the terms?
Regards,
Mr. [redacted] came into our office for a new loan on July 23, 2014. He was approved at which point pricing was discussed by a manager. He then and signed an [redacted] application which he was told would allow Maximum Title Loans to add our lien on the title. The client...
abruptly changed his mind after he saw the contract and title was liened. We released the title and gave Mr. [redacted] a courtesy call to let him know he could pick up title.

previous response was inaccurate. However after reviewing your account history we have found the descrepency. We are in agreement on the loan amount however, your payment dates are not accurate. Our records show you paid 319.00 on 3-3-14 and 213 ahead of schedule on 3-21. Your daily rate is 11.78. The loan was paid off on 4-9. If you do the math on the daily rate, you will find the payoff amount of 2979.63 to be accurate. Please let us know if we have missed something else as your payment dates don't match whats in our system. Thanks
[redacted], your payment was due 11/7 - our notes indicate you finally communicated with us after you were 11 days past due. We told you payment had to be made, even if you planned on selling the car. Car was in possession as of 11/23 and sold a few weeks later. You called us only after...
car was sold in December. Our records indicate, you have not communicated with us regarding the deficiency owed on your account albeit our attempts to satisfy the account. We are happy to resolve the account if you contact our legal department.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and agree that Mr. [redacted] and I have been in touch about attempting to resolve this matter through the use of a private mediator. We are both in the process of attempting to locate and contact potential mediator(s) to make such an arrangement. However, even in his response to the complaint with the Revdex.com, Mr. [redacted] acknowledges again that the attorneys' fees and costs owed by Maximum Title to me for services rendered were to be in exchange for and credited to an interest free loan, and if this had been in fact done as agreed, then my loan should have been deemed paid in full and the title to my vehicle released back in May of 2013, or at the very latest October 2013. If a resolution can be reached through the agreed to mediation that is satisfactory to me, then I will consider this complaint resolved.

I am not happy with his response, he obviously does not realize what his employees do, or he siding with them, I have plenty of people who heard the conversation, he was on speaker, unfortunately I did not get his name. What I want is for them to stop calling me, and in the future when dealing with people, maybe learn how!
Thank you

I still can't find this complaint anywhere in our system. However, I do know that [redacted] and Maximum Title Loans are seeking a resolution through a mediator. This was a misunderstanding as [redacted] was our attorney (she has since been disbarred) who did work for us in exchange for...
an interest free loan.
I saw her at her new place of employment and we agreed to work it out with a mediator. Please contact [redacted] to confirm as I can't find this complaint on the website.
Thanks,
[redacted] still has not contacted mediator as asked and we have not heard back from her since complaint filed.
Ms [redacted],First let us apologize for taking longer than usual to process your loan, that is not the norm and will be addressed with the office staff. Most companies ask for a 10day payoff but we try to pay loans off within 3 days. You are right that you are owed a credit, another...
mistake on our part as you are only liable for the amount of the contract and not for the additional days it takes us to pay off the loan. This issue has been addressed with [redacted] and because we never take longer than 3 days to pay loans off, she had no previous experience with this scenario. Had it been brought to my attention, I would have advised her not to collect those funds. A credit will be issued once final payment is received and your total loss claim with your insurance company is settled. Our industry is often labeled as "predatory" which clearly we are not when offering zero interest loans. I am sorry for the experience you had with our company and hope you will consider us again as we really did go above and beyond to buy out your loan and offer you a better rate than you previously had. Thank you,[redacted]
I would not go back. Not after the Phoenix office was rude and disrespectful. Announced my business in front of other customer s. Waving my payment in the air. Spoke to me like I was p.o.s made me feel like a p.o.s .
Went really fast and all my questions were answered. Definitely the place to go for a title loan.
This place is a joke. Oh the rude snob lady that was working. She had my cashier check in her hands waving it around while she tried to make you feel small of a person. Not friendly by no means. I was in making a payment. My goodness. And her snotty remark to my about the big boss mad and your waste of time and we want to be done with your loan. Excuse the hell out of me.
[redacted], your payment was applied today as per your request. However, to change your due date you will need to come to our office, pay any outstanding interest due on the account and sign a new contract on the day of the month your would like your static due date to be. Your...
account is in good standing so not sure what the actual issue here is. As for taking the money out of your account, we do NOT offer any ach services. Please be advised that the only method of payment we accept is visa/debit or cash at [redacted]. Thank you[redacted]/manager
