PROCEED WITH CAUTION
My six month rental experience with Mainstream Renewal was a nightmare! The property was not cleaned upon move in, the oven didn't work, the heat/air system didn't work properly and the house didn't have sufficient insulation which made for a very cold winter and a high heating bill The toilet over flooded upon each flush, and the bathtubs were small, dirty and dated- they are over years old! The rent was $1,monthly and one would expect everything to be updated and cleanWe were forced to veiw the property without electricity, we didn't realize how dirty the property was until we had the electricity turned onMy husband and I have since relocated and I have been waiting for whole months for a $refund!!!! I've called the local office dozens of times and no one has returned my phone call yetI've been forced to call the corporate office regarding my refund, I'm hopeful that they will resolve this issue
