The Manager of the collision center will be contacting the customer to have him bring it by to look at . The estimator at Lou Fusz Nissan has already looked at the problem and there is additional damage to vehicle after repairs were completed . Something about concrete falling from parking garage...
and hitting trunk lid and rear bumper. Shop had looked at it on 06/10/16
In reviewing this complaint we were unable to locate the information given to the customer from [redacted]. We had attempted to repair by replacing a switch which was not working correctly, at the time of replacement A/C Compressor did function. Customer then returned shortly to advise it...
was now blowing hot air again. Lou Fusz Chevrolet then realized that the compressor replacement had to be preformed, at a bill of $1083.00. We offered to let her previous payment to be applied to the new installation and replacement of compressor. Customer then demanded a refund. Lou Fusz Chevrolet has no knowledge as to [redacted]'s diagnosis and that they themselves may have recommended replacement of compressor. Lou Fusz Chevrolet had no intention but to fix the switch in that that was not functioning either, in hopes that compressor may not need to be replaced, although this was not the case.Lou Fusz will refund the amount of repair for the switch that was replaced and installed, although Lou Fusz Chevrolet had best intention to save the customer a more costly repair. We will extend to the customer also a 30% off the replacement of compressor if customer deems to have this repair completed.[redacted]General Manager
We will reach out to the customer to resolve this complaint.

I would like to state that we stand behind the diagnoses that we made on Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle and even though another Dealer replaced a part under...
warranty that does not validate the issue it just means a part was replaced under warranty. Mr. [redacted] was a very rude customer that I found yelling at the Service Advisor in the Service Drive and I brought him into my office to discuss the problem, he then started yelling at me and when I asked him why he was yelling he stated he was not yelling but taking control of the situation. Mr. [redacted] was very difficult and rude to deal with, I am glad he is satisfied with the repairs on his vehicle by Mid Rivers and I will send him a $25 gas card for his perceived inconvenience at Lou Fusz.

I spoke with the General Manager on Saturday 9/16/17 and discussed the...
scenario. After a very brief conversation, the conclusion was reached that I was in the right and should not have been billed the deductible amount to begin with.He promised to address this with the staff involved and stated he would personally get a check in the mail on Monday 9/18/17 for the full amount. As long as I receive the funds, I am satisfied with the response and resolution. He was very professional and polite, I do not harbor any hard feelings towards him or Lou Fusz as a Network whole.

I am rejecting this response because:
We were never informed on April 13, 2016 that the warranty was retroactive three years prior to our purchase of the vehicle. If we had known, we would not have purchased the car. I will be sending in the Certified Pre-Owned...
Limited Warranty Provision which explains coverage.

would have the title in so many days.I feel they should at least pay for my fines since NONE of this was my fault and I have never received a phone call from Lou Fuss.

completed. Thank you for your service and bringing this to my attention. With Respect,[redacted]General Manager
Dear Sir or Madam: I am in receipt of the response from Lou Fusz on the above complaint. While I understand their position on refund policies I am in disagreement with statements made. Part of the company response states; “After reviewing audio files that were supplied regarding her phone conversations with our facility, a fair amount of dishonesty on the behalf of the customer was discovered.” I would like to know where there was any dishonesty on my part. The response also states “In addition to the dishonesty, she was extremely abusive, and disrespectful to the personnel.” When I spoke with [redacted] in his office on September 22, 2016, he said he fully understood my frustration because the ABS light was still staying on. He also indicated he spoke with the mechanic who worked on my vehicle and told me proper procedure for assuring the problem was fixed had not been followed. I feel the dishonesty is on the part of the service department at Lou Fusz for not telling me the bolt in question was broken during the ABS sensor installation. This was not admitted to until after I contacted Lou Fusz after another mechanic discovered the bolt was broken when I was getting a second opinion on why the ABS sensor light was staying on while driving. Furthermore, the response states; “It is our finding that it is in the best interest of our network to terminate any further business relations regarding this customer.” Considering my vehicle is currently under a safety recall, Mitsubishi Motors has an obligation to fix my car once the parts are received and Lou Fusz Network is the only Mitsubishi dealers I am aware of in my area. If this complaint is posted on the Revdex.com website, I feel my rebuttal to their response should be included. I have checked businesses through Revdex.com for years and rely on Revdex.com rating and other information such as complaints or customer experiences in making informed decisions.
I helped [redacted] with her financing on her vehicle, we complied with the terms of the Order to Incur Debt and kept her payment under 240/ mo. I cannot change the contract to lower or defer her payments or make her January payment for her. If I could get a name of the General Manager of used cars [redacted] spoke to who promised to make a payment for her I will be glad to reach out to that person. Sincerely, [redacted] Lou Fusz Credit Solutions Department [redacted].[redacted]@fusz.com [redacted]
I spoke with the customer and she has elected to take the vehicle back to Lou Fusz Buick to have it diagnosed.
Mr. [redacted] we apologize for the inability to pull up the coupon on you Cadillac service. We will give you the $15 off your next visit for an oil change. The Oldsmobile needed a green antifreeze which we did not have an ample supply. We will provide the antifreeze flush for...
the Oldsmobile at 50% off when we preform the service. Again we apologize for the confusion and look forward to assisting you in the future. [redacted] General ManagerLou Fusz Chevrolet
I'm not exactly sure why there is a complaint. We sold the vehicle to the customer for the price they asked for. To get to that low price we had to use coupons that Ford offers dealers to help them sell F150s . We are sorry that the customer thinks we did something wrong,...
but again sold the customer the vehicle at the price they requested. Dealership again is sorry that customer is unhappy but we did nothing wrong.
Greetings, we have no record of a purchase under the name provided or the phone number given. Is there a vin# we can get from the car, or perhaps was this purchased under a different name?
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:That is absolutely NOT true at all!!! I asked several times if I was obligated to take the car if I didn't like it and the salesman, Jared said "no". I also asked if I would get my deposit check back and I was told "we won't cash it" and that was also a lie!! They DID NOT make ANY attempt to get me to take the lower priced model, as a matter of fact I appreciated that Jared was so low key and didn't pressure me to buy any cars that day. I was not privy to what went on behind the scenes to obtain the base model Outback from another dealership....Besides being lied to time and time again I REALLY resent the fact that NOT ONE person had the common decency to return my calls. Finally, I drove to the dealership and demanded my deposit check back. This is certainly NOT the way to do business. I would also like to point out the fact that I was never asked to sign anything stating that I would have to take delivery of the car when it was brought to St. Louis. All I was told is that they didn't have a base model Outback and that they would get one. If I bought it I was to pay $200.00 for the transportation fee....that is all. Lou Fusz is lying and deceiving the public with this reply. I am glad that I got my money back but I know that had I not contacted the Revdex.com they would still be trying to keep my money.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Lou Fusz has called and discussed concern with the owner. Owner purchased an as-is vehicle from us, owner signed several statements that re-enforce that fact. We did repair the oxygen sensor when the check engine light came on days after initial...
purchase. Months later the vehicle has now been overheated to the point where a replacement engine is needed.
It is not illegal to sell a used vehicle with an open recall. At this time the open recall is for the passenger front air bag inflator, that the parts are still on back order and will not be available until November.
Lou Fusz Toyota has offered to tow the vehicle to our shop and replace the engine with a used one for $1000.
The customer signed a contract and bounced a down payment with us. We had to send a repo for the 2016 Mazda because the customer was misinforming us on when he was showing up with the down payment to make up for the bounced check. He then stopped all communication. We had to contact the authorities...
to try and reacquire the vehicle. The customer came into the dealership on April 13th after we acquired the vehicle and stated he would bring in the down payment again. We have not heard from the customer since.
The customer will be removing this complaint, as Lou Fusz Chevrolet has agreed to rescind the sale. The consumer will be working with the State of Missouri to collect his sales tax.
