Ms *** was in the office and resigned a contract with Neighbors on 10/12/17 that did not include the policies she wanted to remove. Ms *** was indeed charged the sale price she agreed to of but given the state and banking practices of adding aftermarket taxable
products to the sale price, the paperwork can be confusing when not described in detail We apologize for the delay and any confusion with the paperwork and pricing

The vehicle in question is outside of stated warranty limits. The customer has received goodwill regarding repairs in the past. The last goodwill the customer received was through Lou Fusz. The customer chose to have an aftermarket part installed. The part failed and The Lou
Fusz Automotive network replaced the defective component, no questions asked. In lieu of customer satisfaction, the part was even upgraded to a manufacturers part at no cost to the customer. The cost was $additional that Lou Fusz absorbed. On this occasion, with Lou Fusz's cooperation, Subaru of America absorbed $of the new repair required. This gentleman was owed nothing by either corporation. However both, Lou Fusz and Subaru have assisted monetarily towards the needed repairs of his vehicle. We feel that this more than fair given that the vehicle had at the time of service 101,miles. The manufacturers warranty expired 41,miles ago. Subaru was obligated to repair nothing, but still assisted the customer. When installed by a dealership, and aftermarket part is only warrantied for mos, or 12,miles whichever comes first. The customer returned with the vehicle having surpassed the warranty mileage by over 10,miles. The customer has been taken care of above and beyond. No further restitution will be entertained, nor will any further solutions to this matter be offeredWe consider this matter closed

We are refunding his deposit
During the mailer in question, Lou Fusz was providing prizes that were all insured. The rules and disclaimers were on the back of the mail piece and indicated whether or not the customer was the winner of the specific prize or not. To get the prize, the customer has to follow the
instructions. In this case, if she didn’t follow all the steps to win the prize, she wouldn’t receive it. She was still entered to win money on a Walmart gift card. If she came into the dealer and processed everything correctly, we would have gladly given her prize. This was a legitimate insured event. If the customer would like to contact me to come to a resolution, my name is *** *** at ***

Mr *** financed the purchase of his Dodge Ram on 10/28/16. His purchase price was 24291.00, listed clearly on his contractI believe Mr *** has confused the "Total Sale Price" section of the federal truth-in-lending disclosure with his actual purchase price. This figure
(25,350.76) represents the total of the purchase price of the vehicle (24,291), additional fees (206.50: administrative fee and license/registration fee) and finance charge of The disclosure shows his amount financed (14,497.50) plus interest accrued, which equals the total of payments (15,350.76) No fraud was committed in the agreed upon contract signed by Mr *** for the financing of his Dodge Ram

I am rejecting this response because:
They received payment and still shut my car downI have never had a dispute with him so I don't know why he is doing thisI have had the car for over three years and I don't know what he is talking about interest from two years ago. I have never missed a payment. I dispute the business' response because they owe me money, $That amount was paid and not applied toward my balance. I have all my receipts
