I refuse to accept a partial refund, when I was promised a full one.  I never had unlimited data, and I never had unthrottled service.  I never once used service I paid for, because I never GOT what I paid for/

I understand "Karma Go's" refund policy and communicated that these options are less than acceptable. Due to the circumstances these are the only options Karma intends to offer so as a consumer I am being obligated to accept these new terms or return my device for a full refund. I have been strung along for over 2 months now. Karma is dragging their feet with refunds. On March [redacted] I requested a refund (attachment [redacted]), at the bottom it states I would receive my refund in 2 - 3 weeks. After not getting my refund in 2 - 3 weeks I emailed Karma on April [redacted] and got this response (attachment [redacted], stating I would get my refund in another 2 - 3 weeks. Not satisfied with this response I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com here on April [redacted]. After waiting 11 days (almost 2 more weeks) Karma responded to my Revdex.com complaint on April [redacted]. I was told my device had been received on April [redacted] (a lie, attachment [redacted]) and it would be an additional 2 - 3 weeks to get my refund (attachment [redacted]). This did not resolve my complaint and I responded to Karma. On May [redacted] Karma responded again it would be another 2 - 3 weeks until I get my refund (unfortunately I can't add more then 4 attachments). It is now May [redacted] now as I am typing this and still have not received my refund.

Thank you for taking the time to offer up this feedback. To give a little insight into why we made this decision, we built Karma Go as a wireless mobile device, and built our data plans around that mobile use, not use at home. We underestimated...

how many people would want to use Karma for home, and our metrics were wrong. 
In the short term, the unlimited version of Neverstop will not return—we’re not able to sustain that kind of use. Bringing back unlimited or instituting a higher cap isn’t something we can support.
While we can no longer offer the original product, we are happy to help you get your Karma Go returned for a full refund including the data you purchased as well. You can set up your return at [redacted].

This complaint is in reference to a previous complaint that still has not been resolved, ID # [redacted]. I was told on several occasions that I would receive my refund in 4 - 6 weeks. It has now been another six weeks and I still have not received the refund. This has gone on for way too long and and needs to be resolved immediately.

[We demand that you fulfill your originally advertised service/product. It is not acceptable for you to simply "change" your mind and leave us without the unlimited 5 Kpbs service you promised to begin with. Your data limit of 15 GB on an unlimited plan is completely unacceptable. Your current clients are furious that you have failed to deliver your promised unlimited 5 KBpbs service. The only resolution is to provide what you advertised. We entered into a contract when we accepted your offer. You are required to fulfill your part of the contract.]

While I appreciate the clarification that my refund should be processed in 4 to 6 WEEKS, I cannot consider my complaint resolved until I have actually received the refund. I will leave my complaint open for the next 4 to 6 weeks if that is how long I have to wait until I receive my refund.

Hi Revdex.com, [redacted] replied to an email sent to her explaining the shipping update for the Karma Go at 05:29 pm EST on 1/**/15. Karma's customer service hours are M-F 9am-6pm EST so her email was not responded to before the close of the business day due to a high volume of...

emails. She was responded to at 09:02 am EST on 1/**/15 stating her order was cancelled and her money was refunded. The refund would be processed through [redacted] as that was her original form of payment. Ms. Uysal gave us less then one business day to respond her to cancellation request. It is not our practice to hold anyone's money against their wishes. Thanks for your time.

It has 37 days since they acknowledged they received the product/ They are "slow playing" me for the obvious reason of not paying the refund. I don't trust these people/ They lied 3 times in 2 months concerning billing practices (each time becoming more expensive) until it was no longer affordable. This is another form letter that ignores the connectivity issue of the device. "The home use" issue is a red herring as I repeatedly asked if this device would replace clear service and was assured it would. I also use this for work and it has cost me hours and money not living up to its extravagant claims.

seriously and I will be certain to share them with my team for the future. We do have a banner on the top of all of the store pages which indicates the cost of the item plus what our base subscription would be if you don't choose another plan. I have included a screenshot for your reference. 
Our items ship out very quickly after you order so unfortunately, we didn't catch the cancellation until your order had already shipped out. I am happy to help arrange a label to be sent to you so that you can return your device for a full refund. If you'd like to continue with Karma and keep the device, I can also help discuss a little discount for future payments. I can understand this situation has been frustrating but I'd love to help if I can.
