Horrible company and I strongly suggest that anyone considering using this company to stop immediately as you will be ripped off. I purchased a devise and unlimmited plan through them in November 2015 and recieved my order nearly 3 weeks later mid december. At the end of February I recieved notification from them they were changing the plans and no longer offering unlimmited internet and I would have to pay double for 50G. They gave the option to return the device I paid $100 dollars for and I did. They recived the return and have aknowleged their reciept on 3/**. It is now 7/** and they have yet to refund my order. I have reached out to them at least 10 times and each time they say I will be refunded in a couple weeks as they are processing returns in the order they were recieved. They have bot responded to my most recent emails. Im honestly not sure what course of action I can take at this ooibt but im not rich and $100 means a lot to me and my family....

Karma Mobility has made no offer (except a refund) to existing consumers who purchased a product and service that was was aggressively advertised as unlimited 4g lte internet at 5mbs speed but which was never provided and is no longer being offered by Karma.

Hi [redacted], I understand the wait has been very lengthy. My apologies for that, but please know that what we've communicated to you when you've been checking in the status of your refund is correct.
class="p2">I can see that your return was confirmed received (checked-in) at our fulfillment center on April [redacted], which means it was then added to the queue of returns to be refunded. We have had, and currently have significantly higher than normal return volume, which is leading to heavy delays on all refunds. This is not specific to you, and in order to keep things as fair as possible, albeit lengthy, we're only processing refunds in the order which returns have been received. To be quite honest, based on your return date and where we currently stand in the return processing queue, it's going to be a while longer before your refund is on the way to you (10-12 weeks). I know this isn't the immediate response you're looking for, but understand we're working through this is as quickly as possible, and I can assure you we'll process your refund just as soon as is humanly possible with the resources available to us right now.

Giving me empty lip service is precisely what has gone on for one full year now. I cancelled the service within the trial period and received a return label via email with which I immediately sent back the device and I have confirmation email that your California facility received the device back..... SO where is my $199. This is criminal and criminal charges will apply before it is all over. You owe me $199 and I want my money and I want it eleven months ago. You people are liars, thieves and all around criminals. Being aware of the problem and now being confronted with the Revdex.com over this mess, you should have already issued a full refund to me.Don't you worry! Once a suit is filed, I will seek fraud damages and IT WILL NOT BE CHEAP. I WILL make you people pay on top of pay. You are criminals and liars and you WILL NOT get away with this! That isn't at all what happened. I have been trying to return the device since 2/[redacted]2016. I never said I couldn't print the label. I said that I wasn't able to get beyond the return screen. I have yet to even view a return label or instructions for the return. I don't even really need a label, I need the address to send the device to and a reference number, if you require one.
The Karma individuals keep changing the reason for not wanting me to return the device. I have the device. I was a Neverstop customer/user. I was informed of the drastic change in service. The service will not work for me. I want to return the device that I was told I could return for a credit. Please.

Placed a "pre-order" with the company back in October of 2014- they advertised the product would ship by December. They product never shipped - they kept sending emails every so often indicating that the product had technical problems and the release date had been delayed. March of 2015 came and after so many delays I decided to cancel the purchase and got a money refunded. Then on July 2015, they advertise that the product was ready and that it would ship in two weeks. I placed an order again - today is September the [redacted], 2015, and they still haven't shipped the product. Their website continues to falsely advertise that their products ship within 2 weeks and it has been completely false for over a year. I send them a e-mail inquiring about the product and all they reply is that the product will ship within two weeks. My impression is that they are milking the credit card payments by depositing the money collected from sales in an account to start drawing interest right away - more of a scam than a serious company. The only comfort I found was that I found out they have been doing the same thing to thousands of customers - so I was not the only one they scammed.

When we announced changes to our service on January [redacted], we proposed a full refund for anybody unhappy with the changes, and offered the same on February [redacted]. Being that you have used your prepaid month in full, beyond the point which we were offering full refunds, and continued to use the service as stated under the new plan, you are not eligible for a refund on service.You are eligible for the $99 refund of your device, but not the prepaid month of service ($50) which was used in full beyond the date of implemented changes/point we offered and accepted full refunds on service.You can write in to me directly at [redacted] (ATTN:Alex) if you have any further questions.Best regards,Alex
