To give a little insight into why we made this decision, we built Karma Go as a wireless mobile device, and built our data plans around that mobile use, not use...

We underestimated how many people would want to use Karma for home, and our metrics were wrong.In the short term, the unlimited version of Neverstop will not return—we’re not able to sustain that kind of use. Bringing back unlimited or instituting a higher cap isn’t something we can support.While we can no longer offer the original product, we are happy to help you get your Karma Go returned for a full refund including the data you purchased as well. The answer I got form Karma Inc is exactly the same as I got from previous three times (4/**, 5/15, and 6/*). Which all pointed out that I should be contacted within 6-8 weeks after received the return devices (if we count from 4/**, the 6-weeks window should be ended at 5/**. However, I have not received any confirmation letter regarding my return. I have asked another customer service representative for the number of my return case in the queue, however, they refuse to provide the information.

Hello, I have already been through this step with Karma resulting in no refund and no real response, it seems, from a real person. It just feels like cut and paste responses and that I'm being given the run-around. I  have attached just a few of the Karma Facebook messages confirming the refund policy due to the drastic changes they made in service. Thank you kindly for looking into this matter.

Thank you for replying to my concern and taking the time to review this Revdex.com complaint. I just received my Karma go last night in one piece and thank you for that...BUT I did receive it 31+ days after I ordered it and 16 days after the date expected from Karma organization. I ordered it for a trip I was going on just last weekend but because I didn't receive the wifi device before I did need to pay for wifi in the hotel. I needed to use wifi for work. I think it's unacceptable for Karma to not even let me know and reach out to me to let me know that there was going to be delays. But instead I needed to reach out to you guys and ask. Because the device was delayed I did need to pay extra money out of pocket for wifi on my trip. If there is someway to reimburse with data or percentage off data for future that would be great for the delay of the item. Thank you.

Erin, I am not sure you do understand mt complaint.  I bought what you advertised, Although there may be customers that abuse the amount of gb I do not think 15gb is overuse and I don't think it is too mush to ask of a business to keep it's word. Surely a big internet provider like your self researched the market before you advertised and sold your product. Like I stated in previous communications, I like millions of Americans am tired of being lied to !

The implemented changes to our service that took place on January [redacted], and February [redacted] were adjustments to align our subscription service with the users it was originally intended for, while also making it a sustainable option which the...

original Neverstop unfortunately was not. At the time that we made these announcements, anybody who purchased a Karma Go with Neverstop was given the option to return their device and any unused prepaid months of subscription service for a full refund. You ended your subscription service on April [redacted] (continuing to use the product throughout that period of time), 45 days after the February [redacted] announcement, and reached out to us inquiring about a refund this past Sunday, April [redacted], 53 days after the February [redacted] announcement. 
Although your device was purchased in the middle of November last year, we had opened up the return/refund window for a fair, and extended period of time due to the announced and implemented changes to our subscription service. Unfortunately, that window is not indefinite, and your device is no longer eligible for return/refund.

We can also arrange a full refund if you'd like to return the product completely. I've passed the feedback and call to action to the rest of my team for consideration at this time. We made a mistake and now it's our job to figure out the best way to create a frictionless way to get people online in the spaces between your home and office or wherever you want to go. We'll get there, but there's a lot to be done.
