I booked a ticket with this company, for a 10-hour international flightDuring the booking process I selected the seats for my travel to be near my partner, selected the meal option, and saw that I had hours to cancel the ticket without refundOnce the ticket was booked the seats and the meals were not confirmed, when I tried to log into the system it said I was not able to make any changes to seats/meals at this time and would have to wait until hours before the flight to choose which seats were availableAfter realizing multiple complaints of this company, when I tried to cancel the flight due to their error on seat assignments they tried to charge me $per person to cancel the flightThey stated that in the terms and conditions of their company (which was listed no where during the booking) it states that seats are only requests and not confirmations
